Was my preferred roadhouse but sheesh better service at McDonalds even if you have to sit in the queue. Had to wait 10min before someone realized I was parked there and my little one was playing at the playground. The food is great so far without any disappointment and the onion rings are a great add. I would think with this day and age service would be priority to keep clients but businesses comes and go and so will they. Hope they improve before the damage is permanent.

Poor service and food not so great - total disappointment. Placed order at 18:41 on 31/08/2021 - Beef Lasagne, curry and rice, crumbed mushrooms and a toasted bacon and cheese - Takeaway. 19:15 security guard asks us what our order was as sees vehicle still standing - other cars arrived after us and got served and left already. Eventually food arrives 19:21. What a waste of money Beef Lasagne was tasteless, dry and minimal mince, curry and rice three quarters rice about 6 pieces of meat and a tiny bit of gravy - didnt even taste like curry, crumbed mushrooms full of oil the only thing that wasnt a problem was the toasted bacon and cheese - for a 40 minute wait and the price paid will definitely not be returning for bad food and service - disappointed customer! Not even worth the star but have to select to be able to post!

They always make very tasty food, decent quantities for a very good price, and Ive never had bad service from them. Also their milkshakes are one of my favorites!

Sunday lunches are different each week and, tasty. Just portions are sometimes small. But, great value for money.

Excellent food, service and value for money! R20 breakfast including coffee is unheard of in 2019. I doubled up on the breakfast but it was too much food!

Arrived there just before 21:00,ordered food for take way.There was only 1 other car at the time.Only almost a hour later does the waiter return with our order(chicken schnitzel,rib/chicken combo and kiddies meal(burger)..When asked why was it taking so long seeing that theres no other orders they busy with the waiter just shook his head,took payment and left again..

Very poor slow service and cold food

The service from the waiter was excellent. Having an off day and needed to unwind with good food and a movie. Ordered the rib and calamari combo. All excited driving home only to find big pieces of soaking calamari in bbq sauce ander a rack of ribs. I was disgusted honestly, never had something so horrible

It wasnt all that bad aside from the waiter pretty much completely forgetting about us, we ordered food and after waiting for about an hour we realized that we should have just gone with take aways because what we ordered was just taking way too long. We also had to signal to our waiter a couple times to remind her that were still waiting for our round of drinks, to which she hastly responds to, clearly showing that she forgot about it... Aside from bad service for the last 2 times we were there,the food was good, just not entirely out of this world good.

Chicken Mayo is the best

Hi ,the food was nice ,but when we got home the one box had 2 pieces chicken and the other 2 had one piece of chicken.Those were take always.What we ate there was all two pieces of chicken.

We have been three times to this establishment. The first time we sat in the car for take away. On our second and third visits we we got out and sat at the seating area. For both the second and third visits we waited about 5 or 6 minutes on both occasions before a waiter approached us for our order, watching as cars arriving way after us were served first. We ordered drafts of Black Label which were cold but revoltingly flat,ditto the brandy and coke special also ordered. The tables are all wonky, the floors are dirty and the bathrooms need attention. On the last visit I witnessed personnel arguing about what I assumed to be the allocation of bays to personnel. The food is good for a decent enough cost, though unfortunately the various niggles have really made me hesitant to return.

Was a Most AWSOME BREKKIE for me and Wife..!! And with a nice size coffee..!! And only R50 for both brekkies..!! McDonalds,Wimpy,etc dont even come close.... To these filling brekkies..!!

No regard for surrounding houses and apartments. Always playing loud music throughout the day and night. They have people living on the premises under unhygienic conditions and have a very dirty kitchen and back area

Terrible. Got out of the car to seating area. Waited very long as waiters only help cars. Then while I am giving order waitress turns around ignoring me and shouts at other waitress. I gave her the order but she seemed unwilling to help. My wife and I got up and walked to the car. She saw us and then turned around as if we were never there. Sad as I have been there before. We went to the corner Cafe and got good service.
