Food was super tasty, such friendly staff. Definitely would be there again. The vibe is awesome would have be lovely to sit and eat but due to circumstances take away is the only option.

I spoke to Brenda to compliment the best take away restaurant in town! Honestly if your looking for pure beef tasting patties and if your looking for a good waffle for desert - their waffles are so fresh and to die for even when cold! The milkshakes are thick and SOOO yummy! I compare this restaurants to a combination of restaurants, like steers and milky lane, all the mouth watering options and so consistent with the quality of their food and presentations, never been let down, not once this whole year even with the pressure they have been facing!! I went to milky lane recently and the waffle bar has dropped to a 0 plus my milkshake was so watery, which is fine I found our replacement and I am so chuffed with the friendliness and how professional Brenda was, a huge cheer to your staff and chefs! I miss the branch in Eastgate so much and wish you all the best of luck in continuing with your excellent service delivery!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from your staff members. It’s not busy here at all, and the waiter took a very long time to take our orders and took even longer to serve our drinks. This put me off and I lost my appetite. I don’t think I want to come here again! A good burger joint thats somewhere in-between fast food and a gourmet restaurant. They have a few great daily specials, the staff are friendly and the location is convenient.I am not happy about the fact that this branch is now halaal; no bacon topping on burgers or beer.

I normally buy prawns special, they are mouthwatering, today I bought a milkshake which was like dont even know how to describe it, it was excellent, then bought Ribs, didnt check the menu, but surprised to find only ribs, thought they will come with a salad at least, bought mozzarella chips with parrmesean cheese,, they taste so awful its nothing like the chips I have tasted from the shop, and I ordered Large but am not sure if this is large, its a quarter in the box, this takes away all apoints now I guess.

I am a regular customer at Brooklyn Brothers and also known to the staff. .Today was pathetic. I had a choice of going to other restuarants but my son insisted on Brooklyn Brothers because he loves the beef burgers. We did not get what we wanted because there were no beef burgers. We were offered chicken burgers which was really not nice. I reported it to the 2 ladies. As we were about to leave we were offered a complimentary meal. I said Thank You, but it is really not necessary and its not about getting free meal, as im a regular customer and also known to the staff.I pay for whatever I want and support your business quite often and im generous to who ever attends to me.While at our table, a male waiter came to our table asking for the chip spice. He did not even wipe it, took it off our table with permission and put it on the guest table besides us. I asked him, are younot wiping or sanatisng the shaker that you moving from one table. What about Hygiene?The lady offered a waffel. I was in a rush and said it was not necessary. She insisted and i accept it which i eventually did as she was being kind.When i got home and put it on a plate for my boy and he camè to me and showed the hair in the waffel. I immediately contacted Brooklyn Brothers when I got home.Im Really Dissapointed.

They had the best chips I had tasted in a long time. I ordered the wings and chips and it was a really good meal. The atmosphere was nice and jolly as there was a kids party being hosted there. The service was quick and efficient and the prices are reasonable

I had a large burger but it was small. Also you to pay for chips as an extra. I found the price was too expensive for what you get. Two large burgers, 2 chips, 2 regular chips, and 2 cokes (small cans) came to around R244 which is expensive I think. I thought my burger tasted good but my friend said his was ok. Also, they dont serve beers only cold drinks which was also disappointing.

Visited this store on a Saturday night and although busy, we were seated immediately.Service was excellent - the host and waiters knew their stuff and recommended choices based on our likes. It was quite cold but the waiters made every effort to ensure people were warm and looked after on the outside terrace.The food - ordered 3 burgers between us, with a few sides to share. The food was prepared fresh and didn’t take a long time to arrive, bearing in mind it was a Saturday night and the store was at full capacity. The burgers were amazing!Definitely a store I’d visit again. Keep up the service and product!

Visited the restaurant for the first time this evening. Similar to Rocco Mamas and Burger Rack. Won’t be surprised if it belongs to either stable. The cheese burger (cheeseonator)was overall good however I did get a chunky piece of fat which made it difficult to chew. I didn’t like the mayo sauce in it. The ribs was tasty however a bit over cooked. Could have been cooked and held and then cooked again. Reason for 3 star. Not sure why these establishments find the need to store cooked meat and then to reheat. These type of places should serve freshly prepared even if there is a wait. Customers would appreciate the wait if they knew it was fresh from the grill.Standard milkshake was okay.Staff were friendly.Will give it another shot and see if it can lift it self to a 4 star.

Rhubarb float the bomb and try the combo meals and cheese and bacon chips.dont worry about the heat gratings, it either HOT or not but a great range of flavors.Boneless chicken wings better than normal wings.

We had a very pleasant experience at the restaurant. The managers (who I assume are the owners) went out of their way to make our experience as comfortable as possible. No request was too much effort for them (and we had many requests!) They are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and their exceptional dedication makes you want to go back to the restaurant. The waiters were also very amiable, but the service was a bit slow. The food was enjoyable. Overall, an excellent choice for a halal restaurant.

Meal was fantastic! Staff were very pleasant and prices are very competitive and worth your buck. The restaurant was not packed to capacity as most others were at the time within Bedford Centre which made the visit all that more enjoyable. The food was prepared quickly and I would definitely return to try more options on the vast and very interesting menu. Great job guys!

Amazing food and drinks. The burgers are worth the try, packed with flavours and the buns are very soft and bouncy. The wings are amazing as well with a lot of sauces to choose from. I would 100% recommend.

If youre looking for authentic burgers and the most insane varying levels of hotness with wings, then youve found home😂 Great place for dining whilst watching the sunset. Never too crowded making it ideal for chilled conversations... Its just a pity they have stopped serving liquor, they used to make the best long Islands.

I was quite fortunate to experience the halal version of Brooklyn brothers. The food has an American diner feel to it. Smash burgers, hot dogs, nachos, wings, milkshakes, etc. Their food is tasty, and messy, just the way I like it. Would definitely recommend if thats what youre in the mood for.

Halaal! So the service was quick and parking was easily accessible. Waitrons = friendly and efficient . The burger just was not for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ sorry ! And the fries werent American fries. Although I have heard their sweet potato fries are amazing - I should have tried those instead. Waffle was great and americano was too. Will give it another try at some point . Still worth a visit.

Good food friendly staff nice place to eat

The restaurant is well decorated and service is quick. The burgers are great but the viennas in the hotdogs were not as good. The drinks are creative and quirky, perhaps consider options with less sugar as some taste a bit too syrupy. I really like the variety of options for starters. The jalapeno poppers were a bit of a surprise, mixed reactions from the table. I personally liked them but others hoped for something more cheesy with a hint of jalapeno. Overall the experience was lovely.

Went there to enjoy an all-American meal: burgers, ribs, beer etc only to find out that it is halaal and serves no pork ribs, no bacon burgers, no beer, no wine, nothing fun. Will never go back. Thanks for wasting my time Brooklyn Brothers. Ill go to Roco Mamas instead.

Highly disappointed with this place, and do not recommend it whatsoever, even if they changed the entire kitchens staff, I will never set foot or want any other family or person to go through what we did in our experience there and I will go out of my way to let everyone else know on every platform that this is not a good dining facility!! Trust me!!!We were expecting to take the entire family of 11 out and turned out to be terrible!!!! Knowing we were a few heads to feed, we were the only other people in there on a Saturday And we did try willingly knowing the kids will get upset and are deadset on dining somewhere.Almost all the meals were off!!!!!, I could actually see whomever was preparing the meal assuming the customers are under the influence or some sort think its okay to serve chicken that age.Pitty because the owner or owners spent alot building this place for someone to throw away business like that. The worst part was actually paying that bill in the end only to have chips and drinks well enough to consume, everyone knows its impolite to turn away but in this case customers have the opportunity to learn from reviews like this no every platform! Manager did not even apologize or say a friendly word to us possibly because he/she knowingly serving us food that old!Please share wherever possible!

Go there every sunday for breakfast with the missus, and occasionally go for dinner/lunch there too, amazing service, great food and extremely well priced.Their staff is more accommodating that any other restaurant i can think of, they have NEVER got my order wrong (i am a fussy eater). Cant go wrong at this place.

Just another mainstream hipster burger bar. Its got all the ingredients of any of the burger restaurants in Pretoria but its just not cutting it. Burger was a big disappointment although their wings were great. Seems like theyve jumped on the burger craze a bit too late and theyll have to do better considering the fierce competition

This eatery is unpretentious however delivers beyond expectations. Quality tasty well-priced burgers (is a broader menu) and delightful draught beers. This franchise deserves broad support.
