Massively improved. The layout of the store changed completely, and Pick N Pay clothing has been added as well. I stopped visiting during renovations because the dust and filth in store at that time made for a very unpleasant experience.However, today was my first experience of the new store and I am pleased to report that the interior is far more modern and far more pleasant to be in now. Excellent.

Im so upset with picknpay heathway. Yesterday i went to do a small shop for the week. I saw the R40 for 3 cans of tuna special and went for it. It was a few things i bought, the tuna, some porterhouse steaks and pork chops, cereal, an energade, milk and some biltong. So it was not a big shop.... Only 1 bag. I got home put the meat in the fridge and left the rest of stuff in the bag. Today i got home and decided to pack up the rest of the groceries only to discover that the cans of tuna wer not placed in the bag. The packer kept the tuna for herself. I shop there all the time, i dnt realise i have to watch thier stuff to make sure that they pack all my groceries when ive paid for them. I know im only one in 1000s of customers at their shop so losing my business is nothing. This was not a small thing to me.

There is always something stinky going on at this place. If you enjoy combination odors or dark sections, this is the place to go. The best thing is the renovations and alterations that lead one into dark, tight, messy and weird passages that lead to curious seemingly forgotten areas like the Randburg underground tube trains and forgotten station platforms with delightful ancient carriages. OK thats what it seems like, if you like these things, go wild.Of course there are some problems associated with all the disarray. That would be that it is impossible to find anything. There is no logic to where the categories reside. Fish paste in the shoe polish aisle, fruit juice in the meat section, cold drink and dairy products are all over and not grouped. I went to buy a globe, I was there for half an hour before I found them by the cat food. The employees are unable to assist, but not reluctant. Dont even try looking at the prices on the shelves. Your bargain shampoo could easily be the price of a watermelon. All in all it is an excellent store apart from the odors, distractions and confusion.

Very disappointed. There were only three tills open, with long queues of people, and the supervisor were not fazed at all. Ill take my business elsewhere in future. It seems PnP is anyway pricier than even Woolworths as of late

Nice place. It was my first time there.

They have great specials now and then, that can allow you to save a lot. Efficient and friendly staff who offer great advice on specific products when needed. It is a fully stocked supermarket, and trust me you will not be disappointed. There is amble parking space which is free and includes underground parking.

Unfriendly, not concerned about the customer. No help. They are on their phones. I could go on and on but just in general no help and no friendliness. Try the PNP in Northcliff corner. Absolutely amazing service. Staff is so lovely.

One of the most useless pnps ever, so disappointing. Everytime i go there, the ques are long. Ive seen people leave (dump their stuff and walk out) from frustration. You can never find anyone to help you in the aisles and if theres hardly anyone on tills where are all the staff???

Stock in general is good but the meat section does not smell pleasant. I would not trust the meat there at all. Tellers enjoy having a good long conversation with people while others are in the line waiting, needless to say its very annoying. Wouldnt go here again if I dont have to.

Terrible, as always 😡 Prices high, aisles filthy, only 2 cashiers (as usual). I remember why I stopped shopping there last year, but needed to go to PNA, so thought Id give it another chance. Worse than ever.

I started shopping at another supermarket about 4 months ago as I found this shop getting progressively dirty and the staff rude and unhelpful. I went back today out of convenience. Todays visit reminded me why I changed supermarkets. Staff ignored me and the shop was filthy. The meat section stank. I will not return

I would rather drive to Heathway than go to the Pick& Pay around the corner. Theyvalways have stock of their specials and a much bigger variety.

These are my go to guys when I do shopping of groceries and a few appliances. Theres hardly anything you cannot find there. It literally caters for all income levels. The pricing is good with specials running frequently. The food quality is great, you hardly wait in the line for more than 5minutes as they have got a good system in place on the number of cashiers available. Theres even the liquor store for those who like drift from the everyday life. The bakery products are usually fresh, though out of 10 I would give them a 7. Overall its a good place to do your shopping.

You have to watch the dates in their fresh chicken portions.Their vegetable racks have all these special 25% off but the products are not priced so you dont know what your starting price is. Then I am not good with numbers so cant work out a % of whatever.The vegetable also looked old an very un appetizing. I went else where to buy.Lots of their products are not priced on the racks. Then I dont buy it either.Today there were no staff around to assist the shoppers.All around it was an annoying shopping experience.

Staff think that customers are a nuisance. Talk to each other non stop. Selection of goods poor. Cant be bothered with the shop and I began shopping there 40 years ago - went every week without fail.

Steady decline in droduce and helpfullness. Watch the expiry dates on specials. Not to many people going there anymore hence the need to only have 2 express tills and one normal till open at busy times. Dissapointed, but atleast I found a wonderfull shop just down the road that I will use after supporting them for more than 10 years.

The managers , staff are super nice Ive been going there for over 16 years however recently if youre planning on shopping for an item at 3.55pm and theres one door open a staff member will just say the shop is closing like FFS 5 mins to 4pm

When you get bad service from customer care, you really wouldnt expect to get good service from any other staff member. Very disappointing.

Not very big so you will find most basics but not necessarily any speciality items. When its busy, you can end up waiting in the queues a long time and this happens rather often.
