Im have trying to call department of Labour Orlando to be assisted when will I receive my uif payment... No one its picking up the line or either they hang up line in your ears... This is soo fastrating

Some workers at this place are very eager to assist while others pretend to work iv been waiting 6 months for payment and everytime I go they tell me payment will be made in 7 to 10 daysIf not I should return, to stand in long queues with no social distance and the place itself is over crowdedSomething needs to be done here

Firstly the 2 security ladies (light skinned)are very rude.Secondly they always say payment will be done in 10 days if not come back. So i have to keep going back there to be told the same thing, their phone is forever not answered

Service is poor, submitted my paperwork 3 month ago, 35 days is long overdue and till this day I havent received an SMS. After 09h00 you dont get help, the Security guards turns you away,you must come the next day.

Waited in long queus for 3hours in the hot sun. Took another 2hours inside. Scanners were offline. The lady who directed the queus had no interpersonal skills. She was loud, nd rude towards a lady who came to register her baby late. My husband nd I spent 5 hours at home affairs.

The service is very poor.. the cubicles are empty as if theyre short staffed, I was sent back and forth for no real reason. You come there to claim maternity benefits, either highly pregnant then sent home because they dont like the handwriting of the bank rep who signed your form, come back having a newborn baby, they look for another problem. With no remorse, to sit there for no less than 5 hours.Do government departments really have to be this way, its heartbreaking. At the end of the day we are also human beings, its not fair to be treated like this. They have no regard.
