Totally amazing! Junior the lady at reception is so kind and caring, makes you feel at home and goes out of her way to help.Vee the optometrist, shes amazing. The specs I received do not hurt my eyes, she has done an amazing job of doing the correct prescription.I totally recommend Eyeconic Houghton. You cant go wrong!

I had a wonderful experience from my first contact with Junior the receptionist all the way to the optometrist.I was attracted by the R95 comprehensive eye test and got more than I bargained for. I would highly recommend Eyeconic optometrist to anyone for their eye health needs.

They trick you into going for a test with a cheap sale, but dont tell you beforehand that they do not keep any budget friendly frames.After paying an insane amount to order my glasses, I waited over 2 weeks and had to call them for an update. Then they say, in English that is hard to understand, that it MIGHT come towards the end of the week....Absolutely terrible service and insanely expensive glasses, that doesnt even look as expensive as it is.

The glasses are probably the best Ive had for a long time and the quality of the lense is amazing - not like the last 2 pairs I got from a large chain of optometrists which scratched terribly within the first couple of months. After purchasing a frame and enjoying my experience at Eyeconic Houghton, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the frame I purchased and their lack of response when I brought to their attention my concerns. 3 months after my purchase, I have had to go to another optometrist to get a new frame.
