I have been coming to Spec-Savers Blue Hills for roughly 5 years, and it is always a pleasure. Deeshan and his team are always willing to help and really go out of their way to try and find frames that I am looking for. My eye test is always a pleasant experience and Deeshan does a thorough examination. I really do recommend them.

Service is horrendous and the turnaround time can be a month or more on insurance repairs/replacements without sufficient communication or progress updates. Poor cataloging system as well, so the benefits of a national footprint are really non-existent.
