I am so disappointed, just spent R400 on a Vida Pinslopes Order for their Breakfast Crobun with bacon and cheese ordered through Uber Eats. Instead I got a Crobun with chicken! I am very disappointed and will never waste my money ever again at this place.

Takes longer than my go to Vida at the Shell down the road. Vibe also not as good. But the same amazing coffee.

There are no words to describe how awful our experience was at this place. We asked for 2 toasted cheddar cheese sandwiches on white bread and 2 cuppacinos. We were going to eat them at the restaurant as we had been there before and we had enjoyed it. The male employee brought us our order which was wrong. 1 sandwich was on some other bread and one was in pita bread. Both had mozzarella cheese, no cheddar. When I asked about the sandwich on pita bread, he took it back and gave me another one which was lying on the shelf behind the counter. The coffee was terrible too. The sandwiches had a terrible smell. We couldnt eat or drink anything. When my husband went to give them back and he told the female employee how terrible they were, she replied by saying thank you for your patronage. This place is definitely not worth going to. We wasted R124 and got nothing for our money.

So conveniently located for that local coffee and snack dash off. The staff is also switched on and friendly.

You have to ask for chocolates which is not common at the other franchises

Nice place to stop by for a coffee and a small bite to eat whilst running some errands. You can help yourself to glass of ice water while you wait in line, thats a real winner. Classic Vida coffee the way you know it.

I order coffee from these guys a lot. 9 times out of 10 they dont add milk. This is despite the fact that I add a note saying PLEASE REMEMBER THE MILK. Bloody useless. Oh, and the shop phone number isnt even working.

Brilliant tasting products although their prices are on the high side. You can use discovery vitality rewards to get free drinks at this caffé.

Had a quick meal and one of their designer coffees. This is a typical coffee shop with people popping in because the service is quick and they can get in with their lives.If you are in a rush, the friendly team will help you asap.

Lovely place to sit and have a coffee and a small bite to eat. There is a good amount of seating inside so you are never left standing and the quality of the beverages is on par with all Vida e Caffe spots - really good. The staff are friendly and all-in-all it is a warm environment

Great centre although parking can be lousy. Clean with nice variety shopping. Restaurants are not amazing.

Love their menu. My favorite is the dirty chai tea and their little dark chocolates are a nice touch. The staff are the friendliest.

Service not as great as other Vidas I visited

Dirty chai with almond milk is fantastic. Unlike other coffee shops they always have almond milk available. Theres always fast service and the shop is conveniently next to checkers

Love the Vida cappuccinos. Usually get take aways but quite ok to sit there too. Great muffins too

Exceptionally loud music could barely speak over it, while I stood being ignored while employees had loud conversations as I stood in the middle of them. So I walked out due to pathetic service.
