Fantastic place, and great friendly staff! Large location with inside and outside seating. One of the best Starbucks Ive been to, coming from someone whos been to Starbucks all over South Africa and in many other countries too.Its been so great to work there as they have tables at a better height for it.

Great place to just hang out and have a decent coffee. Iced coffees are great for summer and the WiFi is easy to use and reliable. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Definitely not revisiting this branch.Dirty tables. Requested for the table to be wiped down 3 times and eventually did it myself.A real pity as the vibe is good. They need to pay attention to hygiene.

Friendly staff. Great set-up. Delightful ambience and an overall pleasant space to catch-up with a friend, get some work done, have a meeting or simply enjoy a well-deserved cup of coffee. Ill surely be a regular!

One of my favourite branches to visit, the venue is quite substantial so you never feel crowded, especially in the current times we are in the space is very much ideal.My ultimate guilty pleasure is the tall caramel Frappuccino, the perfect drink.Great space to work in wifi speeds are great so a good space to do some work during the week or over the weekend.

Good spacious inside outside area. But there was no thought for working people.The round tables are to short to place a notebook to work on and the chairs are to short for the long table to work on...

Really nice place. One of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to. They have mugs and lot of spacer to sit both outside and inside. They have separate reserve part that is unusual. I recommend.

This was my very first experience visiting a Starbucks. I was very impressed. From the wide selection of drinks, to the relaxed atmosphere and professional staff, it all added up to a great outing. The drinks were a bit pricey but everything else made up for having to pay more. Definitely a stop next time Im in Johannesburg.

Im always bowled over by the amazing energy of the staff. Its something to behold. If youre a student of great service. Do yourself a solid, and enroll at the Starbucks Rosebank University! Jokes aside, many businesses can learn a lot from them, especially those in the service industry. As for the prices, yeah, theyre quite pricey. Think of it as mostly paying for the service, as some of their coffee tastes awful. Luckily they have a wide variety, so youre bound to eventually find the one you enjoy, if youre patient enough to keep visiting them. Everything they sell is of the utmost quality. From coffee to cakes.

Today’s visit to a new location was decent. Clean and organized. I peeked behind the counter and all looked in order. Lots of available seating inside and out. My drink was not bad. I tried the new caramelizedAlmond latte. I wanted something from the reserve (cold brew) but the barista left the station when I got up to the cashier and there was a line forming so I just went with the regular menu. Starbucks in SA is hit or miss. Service is usually really slow. Drinks are unpredictable. This location is ok but even with three baristas it backs up with very few seats filled.

Not easy to find a table to sit but the counter is very quiet. Each customer occupies two tables...interesting. Plugs broken.

This shop is amazing. The staff are so friendly. Especially Victor. My wife said she didnt like the taste of coffee, and so he took her aside and made her a special blend as an introduction to coffee, while telling us about the different kinds of coffee and what she should ask for in the future. That was definitely above and beyond what was needed and I will always go back to this place and deal with Victor.

This Starbucks is amazing its the most beautiful and clean Starbucks Ive even been to the Cappuccinos we ordered was even the best Ive ever had they have the best quality coffee and drinks and they have open uncapped WiFi thats really fast i would definitely go a lot more. They have everything you need for the Covid-19 the hand sanitizer everyone weres a mask and the employees is very nice and helps you fast everyone is far enough from each other for the social distancing and they clean the place the entire time its very clean and smells real good in there too

Hello Starbucks team!I am a loyal customer and actually go to Starbucks every day, but to the different branches.I noticed that hand dryer in the bathroom in his particular branch doesnt work more than one year.Why havent you fixed it yet?I also suggest to stock more seat down cups for flat white.Because barista says they have broken all of them and I have to take take away cup which I not want. The tables often kept unclean after previous customers.Kindly look after your branches properly and fix something that was broken or doesnt work.Wish you all the best ♡

Love the coffee! 💕 So I’m on a mission to find inspiring work spaces with great coffee. Starbucks comes in the top 2 at the moment. The place is pretty chilled, some lounge music in the background, always seems full. Top considerations free WiFi and good coffee for which it gets 5 stars and a thumbs up as a working space.

I am not a coffee fundi so this was just to say I have had a coffee at Starbucks. I found the staff very friendly and the coffee good. Also ordered a cheesecake muffin which was super delicious and yummy. The store is not inside the rosebank mall but on the outside and opens very early in the morning. There is a wide variety of sweets and sandwiches available as well as some coffee mugs and other paraphernalia. I got the glass cup with eco friendly straw. The chilled coffee was good.

Great location in central Rosebank. Good place to stop for a coffee after a training ride or run, or just get together with friends. More than enough power points available for those that need to keep electronics powered. Only critic: the bathrooms quite often have an “Out of Order” sign on the doors.

Great staff. They provide samples for those who do not know the flavours. They need to just to renovate their rest room. The hand hover does not work and it is in regular need of tissue paper.

Two stars for a well kitted out venue with ample workspace. However, lines are still long, drinks are average, and even the single origin beans make for a barely drinkable cup of coffee. You pay for the brand, not the quality of the coffee. Great for the Instagram pictures. Good and snacks are absolve to buy as well as a vast amount of merchandise.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: Crime Syndicate operates in the area! I had my hand luggage stolen while I was here waiting for my flight home! Please beware.The staff were great after the incident, tracked down video footage (there are cameras in store) and talked to Mall security.While the coffee and the vibe were good, the theft left a bad impression. Just be vigilant and save yourself the hassle of a police report and insurance claim.

The atmosphere is pretty calm and collected. Their chocolate base Frappuccino I didnt enjoy that much, but always love the experience of being in the Starbucks coffee shop. The cashiers are pretty chilled, they are are very helpful, especially when seeking advice on what to order. One thing which I found shocking was the higher priced desserts. Pretty expensive for their size. Other than that, there is so much seating areas, inside and outside. The free wifi allows for people to sip on their coffee and work on their laptops. The outside sitting area, I must say, is my best spot to view the mall from a different angle.

Id live here if I could, its a really cool place to just relax and enjoy the service. It also doesnt have to be fancy to treat people to this place love it

Probably the worst Star bucks Ive been to, understaffed, Tables are untidy, trash cans were full and Coffee was horribly 🔥 hotUnless you have no other place to get a coffee from, I still wouldnt recommend them.

The vibe is amazing, so are the drinks and the service is super fast.

Service was quick and my beverage was even better. I really enjoyed the mexican chicken salad. The restuarant is frequented by students and working individuals, a great spot for casual meetings and studying.

My pictures will do the talking... But loved the green tea... I gulped it down-it was good... The store is spacious and has a chilled vibe in there... Enough for any crowd.

The setting is uniquely Starbucks. The service is a bit hectic when they so buisy but otherwise they are friendly and helpful.

My time here was really enjoyable. The outdoor seating area can get a little loud when its crowded, but otherwise its a good place to read or work.

I love coffee so much.I cant read very well but i have really improved ever since i started drinking coffee and reading. I stay up all night staring at the ceiling due to the amounts of caffeine in my body but HECK! I LOVE STAR BUCKS!!!!Also they do not spell my name correctly. They spell it as Reolin, but thats okay. I love star bucks so much that i even changed my name to Reolin.
