Such friendly and attentive staff, seriously good coffee, WiFi. one of my favorite coffices.

Cant make a Americano properly, breakfast was cold and toast arrived 3/4 into the meal. I didnt think coffee shops like this still existed never mind in this area.

Lovely coffee shop to get some coffee for now as well as for home. They also have quite a few lunch type items on their menu that sounds amazing, but in my opinion it is more of a grab a go kind of coffee shop. They also grind packets of coffee purchased there on your request at no extra charge, which is hard to find. Staff is extremely friendly.

Repeated bad bad service

The staff are very friendly and the food is usually very good. I always order sandwiches. My only problem is the hygiene factor of the store. The waitresses do not use gloves when making food they use their hands and then serve customers and go back to the kitchen without washing their hands and touch the food again. One of the managers or waitresses was very sick and he went to the kitchen after assisting me and sat there without a mask or gloves and he was very ill. Please can something be done about the hygiene of the store. Other than that the staff are always friendly.

Friendly staff, coffee is not bad, prefer more variety in the house blend. They offer both medium and dark roast and also have a kitchen for Breakfast and lunch/snacks to go with their coffee.

My boyfriend and I went to breakfast expecting a delicious meal. Instead, we were hugely disappointed with what we received which was cold, soggy French Toast. On the menu it said the French Toast would have Nutella, banana and nuts on it as toppings. We could barely see or taste the Nutella, there were no nuts whatsoever and only a third of a banana had been poorly cut and dumped on the toast.I decided to give the small cafe a second chance today and it will be the last time I go there. I ordered two Freezos: one peanut butter and one espresso. I can think of only one word to describe the peanut butter freezo: disgusting. A complete waste of nearly R40. The espresso freezo was average but disappointing.Both visits I found the woman working the register to be extremely unfriendly and rude. There seems to be no management around and it is evident in the poor quality of food, staff and beverages.I used to love going to Coffee Exchange and now I will avoid the place.

Very disappointed. Ordered a cuppacino with soya milk. When I received the bill they added on R8 for the soya milk. This was not priced on their menu as such and was not mentioned when I ordered. Spoke to the manager who informed me they buy soya milk from woolworths and its very expensive.
