The staff made us feel like we were VIP. I couldnt have picked a better place. We were able to enjoy the place and enjoy ourselves without any interruptions. We were well accommodated. Thank you!!!Note: It is not as clean or as we thought but the staff more than made up for all of that. The staff deserve the 5 stars

Needs a bit a cleaning. Good furnitures though

Supposed to book in at 12 as per arrangement . Sitting and waiting . Lets see how it goes . Eventually booked in at 13:00 . The room wasnt that bad . I suppose you get what you pay for . The photos on the site must have been taken when the place was renovated . The hotel is located in a very bad area . I personally would not stay here again as we did not feel safe . The feeling you get driving up to the gate , going into reception and everything just felt like the start of a horror movie you see on tv .

#Excellent hotel and staff #This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Lido Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone 👌

Beautiful place

Lovely venue to have most types of functions. We held a few functions being a bridal shower and pre wedding functions. They have generators for Load shedding and nice garden spots for pictures. Ideal place for those looking to have a function in the south of Johannesburg.

We didnt have water.

I did not get inside the rooms. I went straight to the conference room for a wedding. The soft drinks were not cold despite the summer heat.

Food and bed were good. Clean room. But.....Very very slow service in restaurant. Had to ask for few things that were supposed to be in the room like hairdryer, hand towels. Plugs tripped twice. Phone in room not working so had to walk down to reception every time we needed something.

A moderate place to be at,safely guarded by security and a atmosphere is near as the hotel is by the high way ...so the view is sortedGreat service provided for on spot wedding hall and accommodation..I know they have like a night market every last Friday of a month and there are live entertainment that takes placeBe sure to put this on your list

Beautiful wedding venue, had my companies year end Function there received great service from the staff, Suhil and the manager where very helpful from the planning to being present on the day of the event, food served was delicious. Looking forward to having more events there and I highly recommend the place

We went to the restaurant only as we were having our car washed outside. We ordered the wings -barbeque ,but they came as peri peri and were cold and tasteless. Also we had the cheesy bites which had no cheese and were burnt. The place generally does not look inviting.
