I have witnessed 2 phones been stolen in the store one of which was my sisters phone. Absolute no care from the security or the store manager when we asked for help. They completely uninterested and rude. I would be very careful entering this store.

I went there twice and got the worst service EVER!!! The lady at the till had a horrible attitude and she wasn’t Of good assistant at all. When you work with people learn to be humble and welcoming! Bad attitude never got anyone anywhere!!

Was in the store yesterday and customer service is nonexistent!Tried to phone today and no one answers the phone.Its a joke, why keep your doors open???

Told that no trolleys allowed in store. Went with 3 children and never got beyond the entrance with a trolley of purchases from elsewhere. I would have given zero stars.

Was told I could not bring my Starbucks drink inside. Literally the only shop that had an issue with my drink. Totally put me off. Whats next not allowed to shop with makeup on? Im sure more clothes get ruined with makeup than with spilled drinks.
