This Jet store I could say its ok so so they could improve greatly in terms of a variety of products which are there of course if youre comparing with other Jet stores in malls they could really improve Im not really happy with the amount of quality clothes for men but for women and children they ok customer friendliness 60% customer when is 2 million that clients I could say 45% so there is great room for improvement and the other thing is that this Jet store is not really on a place where if somebody doesnt know where to find it could really easily find it so they could improve in terms of the sign is that they have outside just like the way petrol stations do that got this Billboard with somebody can see from 300 m away so the disadvantage of their branding is that you can only see that theres a Jet store if you are 50 m and nearby thank you.

Whenever i go there they are always offline and the staff got the worst attitude. I stood on the que for 30 minutes and when i got to the tills i was told that they were offline.
I have had a Jet Clothing account now for years. I recently discovered that Jet listed me on ITC for late payment. This was due to them allocating payments a month later. but for them to not even make a call or an sms to inform you this is the case or that there are payment outstanding.My biggest issue is that companies can report you on ITC with an automatic system and you as consumer has no recourse.I then paid up the account in July as soon as I discovered that they listed me as a late payer. Its now October 2018 and the account is still not closed and the account charges are pilling up and is added. There are lost of charges like airtime balances and club fees that I never signed up for.Last week the account balance was R171. today after I called the balance is R231.I emailed all my proof of payment and also the email I send requesting that the account be closed and in this emails I asked that the account be closed and not for them to wait a month later to close the account. but this is exactly what happened. I have been calling edcon for months now and all the staff say is that there is a balance and they cant close the account. Today I insisted to speak to a manager but of course they are to big to speak to customers. the phone dropped after holding on few ...........everI resorted to get my lawyer to send letters and the account is still not closed.I am so disappointed fed up with the edcon group they are to big to deal genuinely with customers.The response to hellopeter will be a standard response the same as the auto reply at customer services....They will not ever see me in any of their stores ever.....
Its a great place to shop for the whole family,quite affordable.If you go there on month ends its busy than middle of the month.
