Having come from a personnel background one learns to spot the diamonds from a mile away. I had the pleasure of meeting a perfect example in The Forever New boutique within Rosebank Mall.In my experience when you enter a shop there are 3 main aspects that immediately places one at ease. The first impression starts with the smile that greets you when you walk through the front door. Having entered Forever New I met a young lady by the name of Rose.Some people just have that ability of understanding the balance between trying to sell vs having the patron be comfortable enough to roam, being a fantastic support when the client needs one, with a gentle and honest approach that tends to sell more, and have the client want to return to support the boutique in future.That’s Rose in a nutshell. She is a perfect example of what the Forever New brand represents; elegant, graceful, sophisticated, authentic, attentive and kind.No. 2, obviously the merchandise which with Forever New is a ‘no brainer’. That said, No. 3, the look and feel of the shop, I found the shop in Rosebank mall to be ideal in that the merchandise is well organized, meticulously arranged and neat being easy to view and making the buying that much easier too! Not that the budget necessarily agrees.I’ve been into a few of the Forever New boutiques, Clearwater is stunning, but the Rosebank Mall branch stands out for me, because of Rose.COVID-19 has kept the bulk of the client base out of the shops, for now, but they will have a welcome return once they enter this boutique, where the staff ensure that all necessary protocols are followed to safeguard the clientele. I pray that the pandemic meets its end so that people can return to support one of my favorite brands.

Stunning mall which represents Africa! Spacious, colourful, not that busy but has many brands! On Sundays there is a Sunday market on the roof. There is an African craft market every day. Good restaurants, mews, etc
