I was super impressed at the service I received. I was expecting to spend my whole afternoon there but within 25 mins I had opened my municipal account and was out the door. The gentleman that helped me was awesome.

I would like to thank the employees of the Edenvale Drivers Licence renewal centre for their efficient assistance with the renewals. If you stand outside in the row, your are not always aware of what goes on inside. I know of other centres that only have 2 eye testing, finger prints and photo stations, but Edenvale made as many available (5) to get through the row of people waiting.Thank you, we appreciate your assistance and that no cut off was given to us.

Worst service ever. Were unable to purchase electricity because we owe municipality R1200.00. Compared to the neighbor who owes over R15 000.00 and is able to purchase the electricity, this is a total mess. The telephones are ringing with no answer, emails are not responded to and call center is a waste of time because it doesnt go beyond switchboard. As for the attitude of the workers in there.... no wonder theres no progress in our communities when it comes to municipal services

A superb example of government inefficiency. If I could rate them zero I would have -a 1 star is being generous. Waited over 4 hours to get an appointment for learners. Four eye testing stations.... Only 1 person working. Staff are typically government employees... Rude disrespectful and unhelpful. Amazing how they always act as though they are doing you a favour by doing their job!Telephone number listed does not exist.

The more i try and sort issues out with this municipality the less help i get. Frustrating to say the least!!!! I am tryiing to pay my account, yet the account number changes every few months, making me question which one i should pay. Yet they never answer calls or emails.

Picking up drivers licence today was a mess - The pick up queue was around the building. The doors are supposed to open at 9am - they were not. Staff do not care. Waited for a few hours and saw 3 people let in. - decided to be efficient and do other tasks - Left and came back just after 3pm and was denied access because the person delivering the new drivers cards wants to go home at 3:30pm????? Seriously how difficult is it to issue a drivers licence? ID cards issued through Nedbank were fantastic.. card took 2 weeks, SMS received and took less than 5 minutes to pick it up. How utterly incompetent is Edenvale DLTC? Now I have to take off a second day off work to fetch my drivers licence. Thats 3 days of no earnings thanks to this ridiculous department. 1 entire wasted day to do the renew ... 2nd day wasted because no one was doing their job today for collecting... and now a 3rd day for the second attempt atcollection. -I should charge Edenvale DLTC for my time.

Its a government institution... not much can be said about it. It has the usual poor parking, very poor service, unfriendly, uncaring, unknowledgable lazy staff and all the prerequisites attributes that come with all SOES. Avoid at all costs, if possible.

Metro Parks are useless!!!The people that do the clean up of roads and Centre islands, they sit for hours while one person half heartedly works and 10 others sit and do nothing!!!We pay these people, why are they not supervised????Sorry one other thing, 1 Star is far too much!!!!Sorry One mor thing: The Number that’s listed does not exist!!!!Absolutely Useless!!!!!!!
