Terrible service , calling the area managers is useless too because no one picks the call ,instead you will be redirected,you don’t even deserve the 1 start you got from me you deserve a 0 star .I have been trying to reach out since 26th. This is a very disappointing service .you need to be reported for such poor service.How can one be calling a line everyday with no assistance. It’s very annoying!!

Terrible service. Certainly NOT a world class city. Jack your service up. Have been complaining the my Smartmeter is not working and needs to be upgraded. No actual meter reading since June 2019 - 18months ago. They do not respond to emails . Nothing gets done.

So city power employees, comes to sort out the street light in our street in 5th Avenue, mid-ennerdale. Our electricity in our homes was working fine. They left without saying a word and have left with all the electricity as well. Utterly pathetic service. Zero communication. Not sure if they coming back this year. I tried to call the offices, dololo! Obviously the people in the offices knock off the same time the technicians knock off. So as to not take our complaints about the technicians screw ups. I tried logging a call on city power.mobi but it constantly gives me an error. Needless to say, Ill be going to hello Peter, whatever ombudsman I can go to. Think Ill complain to #carteblance ,#ewn #702 about this matter. Maybe then someone at city power will jump into action.

Trying to contact electricity dept for Roodepoort/witpoortjie area. Blatant illegal theft laying wires across tar rd in Pannevis str Lundhaven in broad daylight. Even a department vehicle helping by switching off power and supplying cable for these illegal connections. NO ANSWER!!
