I’ve generally been always happy about the service here, my only concern lately is that the section with the red couches is always filled by the staff that’s on a break there, I noticed this in winter, that area always has sun shining through it and is pleasant. So I generally like to sit there, but anytime of the day you’ll find the staff sitting and never moving for a customer even if you ask, you’ll end up sitting as a customer on the hard chairs in an area that has no sun.

I had a bad experience here around 9 O Clock. Firstly i tried ordering online and found out that they dont do online orders. Secondly, when i tried ordering i was told that there was only meat available so i was told that if i want to purchase burgers i should go to McDonalds which was across the store and thirdly, I was not satisfied with the customer service, I felt like no one there wanted to serve me and were in a rush to pack up and leave. I stood inside the store waiting for over 4 minutes to get one the workers there to hand me over my food which got me irritated because my food was ready but no one took me serious & watched me wait😔

Two small orders in front of me and I’m still waiting more than 20 mins later :( I DO NOT recommend this place.

They have the worst service...it shouldnt e called drive thru...you wait for almost an hour to get food...the speed point is always offline,NO ice cream and they dont even put tomatosauce in the bag.Slow staff...Its NIGHTMARE !!!

Yesterday I ordered 10 Zinger wings using Uber eats, I received 4 but my Money was charged for 10 wings! REALLY UNHAPPY

Efficient And Quick Drive Through System

This is the worst KFC Ive ever ate. Even the ice cream kitkat sundae tasted off. Now my tummy is aching

This has to be the worst kfc ever. Drive thru closes at 7pm,told to get in store, in this covid🤷🏾‍♀️. They never get orders right. Poor serviceVery bad.

5 tills and only one person working there. Slow service

When arriving home and packing our meals out i only received half of my order, while people i shared the order with received extra food, my order was supposed to have have 4 zinger wings in and i only got 2 zinger wing, the people i shared an order with order 4 dunked wings and got 8 dunked wings and a 650 drink instead of a 500ml drink. I was not happy at all with their service either because while we were giving our order the cashier was busy talkong to the other cashier and we had to repeat our order more than once.

Convenient but too full most of the time

Drive through speed point machine is always offline, youll wait till you get at the order point only to be told that the machine is offline you will end up being stuck behind a couple of cars with no alternative option to drive back. Bad service, just got to have cash when you do drive through. The service is very slow. And theyll give horrible orders.

Poor service from staff, drove thru the drive thru to be told that they dont accept debit card. So ended up stuck behind a few cars collecting their meals, with no exit. KFC should have put a sign outside the drive thru saying cash only. The staff are ride and disrespectful, behaving like they work for government, not happy with the service here at KFC Meredale. What ever happened to customer service, expected better from KFC Staff. I wont be eating from KFC again. Thank you for the bad service!!! I wouldnt recommend using the drive thru, youll be sorry !!!

This is by far the worst KFC in joburg.The service is extremely slow, workers are extremely rude, they dont even bother greeting their clients, sometimes you find less than 5 cars in the drive through and still spend a lot of time waiting to be served.
