Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru queue. Couldnt use the ordering box,was told to order at the window so ended up queuing another 15 minutes.After ordering was told to park in front of the shop and wait for the food. There was no space available to park as other customers were also waiting. Waited another 15 minutes for my order. So it took 50 minutes for me to receive an order of 4 dunked wings and a milkshake. This is totally unacceptable.

This time was much better since the manager helped me.i was treated the way a customer should be treated compare to my last experience.thank you Jabu and Ricky

The Service at KFC Eldorado Park is Extremely poor.They always messing up orders.This time I had to return as they forgot my poppers.I asked the lady consultant for extra milk in my coffee and she just said no.Very poor service. Would not recommend

Never really had satisfactory service here..Burnt taste to chicken is standard.. Having to wait at window 1 until they tell you to move to window 2 for collection is normal...

The service was really bad, waited for almost an hour while I was number 3 on the queue. Theyre short stuffed the Lady at the drive through is the one who has to go prepare your order, Thats time consuming.To make things worse, I paid for 5 items when I collect at the other window they gave me 4 items for the Second time in a row.Please when made a Big order please check your order at the receiving.Im not happy at all with todays service.Overall there is a room for improvement. First thing. Can the management increase the number of stuff. Since its obvious they cant cope with the work load.

The quality of their food is not like all the other KFCs. Chicken is very fatty & cold & the service is very very very slow & poor. What the KFCs advertise and what they serve at Eldoradopark is not the same.

They never ever put serviettes, tomato sauce or salt. You always have to ask for it(It seems to be a KFC thing all over) The service is so slow its ridiculous especially when there arent that much people. Im sure you can drive to a kfc out of eldos and come back and you will still be waiting for your order thats just how slow they are.

Not to very impressed with your staff I ordered food for over R300 just to get home and find that I did not get my chips for a meal of R70. 00 on top of that they gave me the biggest, driest piece of chicken. To crown it of I stay in Kibler Park. Will never buy there again.
