Today i just ate a horrible Box master ever in my life. i went to KFC in Braamfontein to get myself lunch and they told me i will wait for 8 minutes and i agreed. I waited for 20 minutes before i approach them to give me my food as i have been waiting for too long. One lady came and apologized saying i will receive my food in the next 58 seconds. When i receive my order i could feel that it was very hot beyond the normal temperature as if it was reheated inside microwave. when i got to my office i open the food only to find out that i was right, the food was reheated and it was very very hot i couldnt eat it. i unfolded it and found out that the tomato and lettuce were smashed as if they were boiled and water was dripping from the wrap. the whole meal was just a mess. Im really disappointed.

Very efficient. They get orders out pretty quickly but occasionally get it wrong. Like when I order a Kit Kat Sundae and receive an Oreo Sundae instead... Not a train smash, their food is fresh 👌🏽

Very, very bad customer service. We had to clean our own tables before we could sit down for a meal. The manager has NO manners, very rude. She needs to be re-trained. UNLEARN & RE-LEARN is what she seriously needs. She runs that KFC establishment like a spaza shop.

The place is dirty. There is nobody to clean the tables after the customers have had their meals. The experienced tellers do not want to give a helping hand to the inexperienced cashier at the till while capturing the order.

Damelin is not immune towards complying to the Constitution of the country and the Department of Human Rights and the department OF Basic Education. We must call for closure. Our children are suicidal. I almost lost my daughter. Wherever, it is KFC or Chicken Licken, lets call fr closure.
