Worst service, they replaced my phone P20 pro back glass and screen guard. Both are broken in a week time.. They charged 1000 rands for both, selling dummy spares for expensive

I paid R2000 for a new screen for my iPhone 6 and an extra R500 for a screen protector and cover. Within 12 hours the screen smashed whilst in my handbag. I did not drop the phone although I obviously cannot prove this. When I took it back they literally all stood around laughing at me and said they could see I had hit it with a hammer. Surely there must be professional integrity.Terrible quality merchandise and even worse customer care!Definitely go elsewhere

My phone screen cracked so I asked them to repair it. They replaced the screen and provided a screen protector and phone cover. The next day, the new phone screen didnt function so I returned for repairs. They installed a new replacement phone screen which functioned however failed to replace the screen protector. My phone screen cracked and when I took it somewhere else, they informed me that the phone has no screen protector

Do not take your phone here!. They are a bunch of criminals and thieves!I took my iPhone 6s in for repair in December i.e for a new screen and battery.After repairs my touchID wasnt working. I took it back to the shop and i was told that the guy who fixed the phone was not there and he was coming back in a few days.I went back a week later, only to be told that the guy is coming back in about a month and a half. After shouting and complaining the offered to take the phone in and have thier technician fix it. They told me it was fixable.A few days later, i went to collect the phone i was told that they cant fix it. I took the phone back and my screen started acting up!. Only to notice that they didnt put the screen back properly.I took it back in immediately and i told them to fix it. Again, they asked me to come back in a few days because thier technician wasnt there.I went back on Saturday and they told me that the phone was cracked inside hence why the LCD was acting up. I have had to take the phone somewhere else!...They must be shut down!. They are a bunch of criminals!.

I had a terrible experience with Duaa Madina Cellular.I took my iphone in to get a new battery as the battery only lasted about 2 hours. I was told the new battery needs to be charged for 5 hours. But when I got home my phone didnt want to charge at all. This has never happened before. I took it back and told them to fix it, but they refused to take responsibility for damaging it. THey did take the battery back, and refunded my R550, but now I have a broken phone which I cant use ANd apart from the battery life the phone didnt give me any other issues. They also lost all the little screws when they opened my phone. Dont take your phone to these guys as they break things and then refuse to take responsibility and fix it. They even said they can fix it at a cost, which makes me wonder if they didnt break it intentionally.
