Unfortunately the seller delivered the device very late and it failed Phonetradr quality tests. They informed me in time and asked if I want my money back or an upgrade. I decided to wait until the following month end to make a top up. Because by that time, all the Note 8s vanished, I dont know what happened 😕.Within few days, a friendly Phonetradr representative called and told me to hold a specific Note 9 that was available that day, a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, for the price of the cheapest Note 8 that I ordered earlier. To my surprise, Phonetradr did not ask me for a top up fee, the new device was R2000 more expensive than the deal that didnt go successfully earlier.I am so thankful to the Phonetradr Team, you invested on me, a teacher, although my profession is the humble of all, but I impart the pedagogy to more than 120 students each year. My phone was sold fast but the payment has no yet arrived and it has been 3 days. They said payment was made on Friday then when i called again Monday morning they said it was made on Sunday yet they dont work on weekends. Not using their services again. Sent my daughters fone in on 22/10 for repairs. After a week I called to find out if fone was ready and wasnt. Told them my daughter was going away on Friday and she need her fone. I ordered an iphone with them on the 6th of October and i received it on friday(the 16th). They said the phone was in an excellent condition and before the phone got delivered they called saying the phone is not in excellent condition, it has minor scratches but when i received the phone the scratches were all around the phone and on Monday i called asking them about their return policy because I wasnt happy with the phone, especially because it was a bit costy for its condition and they started asking if I requested for pictures of the phone when they told me about the minor scratches,they said they will call back but they havent called back. Im not happy with the phone for the price i paid and the app specifically said excellent condition but that wasnt case when I got the phone.

A few hiccups in the process but through them I managed to sell a damaged phone for a very fair price and was paid timeously.They arranged collection. Required very little effort from my part.
