The owner is very polite, very polite, will never leave u frustrated or without options. Hell always go out of his way to ensure that he assist you in every possible way he can. N the stuff too, very patient. I can proudly say that Zan Auto is a business n it has to make money but their customers take priority.

Their cars are in the most shocking and appalling condition. I test drove 2 cars and they felt like they were never serviced or repaired EVER. The salesmen are mostly clueless and they send you from one saleman to the next. They must get their cars from some dodgy auction. No wonder why their prices were decent. You get what you pay for...When I confronted the owner that the cars were virtually undrivable he attempted to bargain down the price for me.Unprofessional, dirty, unorganised and a waste of time

They sell cars that are not roadworthy, lots of issues. On top of that a car I recently purchased indicated from BMW that the odometer was pulled back. They share cars with E Motors (Nyando Motors). DO NOT buy from any of them!

When asking they told me that the vehicle has not been in a accident .The car is a rebuild and only found out after taking in for service. The car has not airbags , how the hell is this car roadworthy
