Very disappointed with the service! I wanted to get a quote for my 120 000 Km service, which is a major service requiring a cambelt change. I called yesterday @ 4:40pm, I knew I wouldnt get a quote so late in the day but asked the lady to please have it for me during the morning she took all my details and said no problem. Today, I phone at 2:45pm, having heard nothing all day...I was put through to the service desk where it just rang and rang. So I called back and spoke to reception and asked that someone please get in contact with me as soon as possible I needed a quote before the end of the day. I left my details with reception and again no one has bothered to call me back! Obviously they are too busy and dont need or want my business. I called them because of the good Google reviews....NOW, Ill take my business to one of the other dealers!!! REALLY BAD SERVICE.

The same great service from this branch, as weve had for many years. Bianca is super efficient with quotes, orders and customer service. Telephone messaging system can be improved, it usually takes a while before a reply comes back and of course car parts remain very expensive.

Horrible service from Service Operator Thembekile Nkosi. Guy couldnt tell size of my tires, wheel swap or shuffle (requested) not done cause of this. More waiting had to be done so the operator can finish, all due to lack of attention to detail. Disappointed and now not trusting even the actual service and wheel alignment itself, if such a simple thing as wheel alignment was poorly executed.

Amazing service yesterday. Had to get a battery replaced. Got there and theres a gentleman directing me to a lane. Get to the lane and Bianca my service advisor swiftly assists. It was just amazing. When I picked the car they had washed it clean including the engine. Great work to the whole team!

Walked in mid-afternoon. Quick covid screen, few minutes in the waiting room and next thing I had a smart dude checking out my brakes. They replaced them and washed my car in 2 hours. People remembered my name and were super friendly and laughed at my lame jokes.
