Very good service,well done

Not satisfied at all. We traded in our vehicle for another one on 12 March 2021.Vehicle was financed and they were supposed to settle the old vehicles outstanding balance with the bank.Today is 29 April 2021 and still they havent settled this amount. When we phone them there is always the excuse that the manager or owner will forward the proof but they never do. In the meanwhile I now have to pay for two vehicles.CROOKS!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

A good experience and very helpful sales person.

Purchased a vehicle from the Reventon during December 2020.Had a list of problems with the car. Returned the car to the dealer withing 3 days for the repair. Received the car back almost 9 days later. The car still had problems. I contacted the salesman and he asked me to repair by myself and i will be reimbursed by Reventon. I still have not been reimbursed for the repairs done. A week after driving the vehilce the side mirror fell off. i made the salesman aware of this and still no response. very dissapointing.

I went in to purchase a car. I was assisted by Jordan who gave me his time and full attention. We had a cup of coffee, everything was sorted out quickly and easily. The experience was pleasant and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything. In short I drove out with a neat reliable vehicle at a very fair price.

I am currently embroiled in a court case with them since they made me fly to Johannesburg to come and collect a car and it was not what was agreed on. I had two very simple requests before I will fly up; the car should have no active alarms and I want a Dekra certificate which I paid for. I got to Johannesburg around past 10 and only saw the car around 5 and upon arriving the i-Drive system was working intermittently and they could not get a Dekra certificate... not to mention the oil leak from the sump. The next morning none of this could be sorted and I had to book a flight back. LOL I see current employees are giving positive reviews... pathetic.

I sold my car to Reventon Auto. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication skills. The only thing to note is that the payment arrived 2 days later than expected - this was partially due to a delayed payment from the dealership and due to the payment not clearing immediately, despite being with the same bank.

I am one of many brokers trying to assist them in selling their over priced cars and two weeks ago i sold a car for them but never received my commion that i was suppose to get on that car. on multiple occasions i took my clients there to show them a car and then the vehicle was not there and they di not inform you that its not there and dont answer your texts when you ask. really unhappy they taking food out of my kids mouth

I purchased a car from them on the 1st of August, I bought a warranty which I had to beg for paper work for over a month with many excuses from their F&I department. Requested to speak to DP numerous times and he was always in a meeting. I drove the car for over a month with warranty paid in full but no cover until finally receiving documents on the 11th of September. Disgusting after service wouldn’t recommend them even if the car is for free

I enquired about a car they had online through auto trader, twice. No response. I decided to go and view the vehicle but when I got there the service is pathetic. Sales staff just sit at their desks, even though customers are looking at cars. I looked for the particular vehicle I saw online and it wasnt there. They were a complete waste of my time.

Went in today was looking at a particular car... asked about its kilometres and was told I must go ask some other guy..walked in and could not find him and was not offered any service....walked out and the guy asked me did i find someone and I said no....but what they just lost out on was a huge sale....but hey who cares

Called me to say that I can apply for a car because the first buyers finance will not be approved. I went in, drove the car, applied for finance, only then at the end of the day told me that the first guys finance was approved. Why phone me to apply for finance and then tell me sorry. Waste of time and effort.
