They sell accident damaged cars, that look good but are in fact beyond repairs and they shall never disclose it to you. You shall fix the car for the rest of your life. You sign a contract that you shall never return the car once its outside their premises. Therefore once you take the car if it break down the following day its your loss. You could have thrown your money in the dustbin. The business is run against South African laws. However the current government is useless in setting up proper laws and regulations in the motor industry for sale of used vehicles. Go to reputable car dealers if you want a used car. Or go to SMD directly if you want to an accident damaged car and fix it yourself then.

Do not waste your money

I must confirm that Evelyn is probably one of the rudest people I have spoken to. I phoned the 087 number thinking that I will get through to an office but instead Evelyn answered the phone. I politely asked to speak to Monica (who I dealt with before) at which point Evelyn asked why I cannot speak to her. I answered that I had dealt with Monica and that is why I would like to speak to her. Then she hung up on me. I phoned back and asked why she did that and she responded that she is not Monicas PA. And then she hung up on me again.

Requested info on a vehicle as Im based on the other side of the country - Monica never responded and Evelyn (to confirm the previous reviewers statement) couldnt even be bothered to answer my queries via email - just an abrupt one liner stating that it is cash only (not even remotely what I asked). Dont know if theyre sharks, but are hugely unprofessional which gives me great concern if something goes wrong with your vehicle and you need support - you probably wont get any. Withholding my purchase is the only way I can get the point across. Pity - I was ready to buy.

Worst service ever, please be aware of this garage, very rude! My suggestion is always rather stay with OEM. Rude manners like this that gives every garage in industry a bad name
