The first person you see behind the counter was unfortunately not of the friendliest. All the other staff was very friendly and courteous. Vehicle was cleaned and they didnt take it for a joy ride. Im really happy. Just a pity one not so friendly and motivated greeting spoiled the beginning of my experience.

What a fun day the staff and their family had at Barloworld Isuzu, just a pity they ran out of food, so a lot of people was forced to snack on doughnuts, ice cream and slush puppys, but all and it was a good day.

Customer service is very poor. They dont inform of progress and you have to constantly call them to follow up

Terrible dealership, unethical management, only saving grace is the truck division.

Dropped off my car at 7 in the morning for them to call me back at 10am to say their testing machine if not working! Dont you guys test your equipment before hand? I booked my car a month in advance and did say its only the Aircon as they did not have time to look into it the last major service.
