I visited them to view one of their cars and I liked their customer service, we arrived hungry and they bought us food and when it comes to their cars they tell you everything about the car without hiding any information. I would recommend them

I was told that theyd fix my boot lock for free after I come back from the northwest. Only to find out that they dont cover that because they gave me 10% discount. The sales lady never explained such ridiculous things. My heater isnt working either. I explained that to the saleslady she said itll be fixed but NO its not under warranty. Id never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Avoid this dealership, its been a very wasteful and unpleasant experience, and rather unbelievable too.Paid a deposit on a just listed car to secure it, the car was newly listed and understandably needed to have minor work done to get RWC sorted. It was also a great deal and a beautiful car.After word and many assurances that the car was secured, I received news of the vehicle having had been in a crash while on route for RWC. I received a photograph from of a crashed car that clearly wasnt the same as the one Id purchase (I found the same image on GImages) - apparently a tactic to get rid of me after realising they could be selling the car for more (and perhaps an internal disagreement amongst themselves??).This is clearly not a professional operation- first and most worrying is they dont have dealer codes with the banks so I had to arrange my own finance- most people whove previously reviewed this dealership have only ever written one review online- they cant stick to an agreement. I paid a deposit based on an agreed sales price on condition the car would be mine, after realising the car was too good a deal they decided to no longer to sell it at the agreed price.In their credit I can advise that despite them not being professional they did the right thing and my deposit was immediately returned to me along with a bit extra as an apology - I still wouldve preferred the car.The salesperson Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, and it seemed that the situation may have been out of her control?

We had a very bad experience with the people at Auto Champion Motors. We found a 2014 Hyundai IX35 on cars.co.za for R160k and started corresponding with the dealership. The sales lady was very unprofessional and couldnt speak proper english. We negotiated a price of R150k only for it to be confirmed by management via email that we couldnt get the R10k discount as promised by the sales lady. After a fuss we managed to get the price down to R155k but we decided to cancel the deal. We were later phoned back to say we could get the vehicle for R150k and that we needed to put down a R20k deposit to secure the vehicle. We were conned into putting down a deposit on a vehicle after discussing the condition of the vehicle and seeing photos. We paid a deposit, flew to JHB from PE and on the viewing of the vehicle we deciding not to take the vehicle. The vehicle was in an extremely poor condition with dents and scratches all over the body. The interior was damaged and the engine was very dirty. Overall the vehicle was not described accurately but we were forced to pay a deposit before viewing. The sales lady said that we would get a 75% refund on our deposit if we decided against taking the vehicle but when we asked for our deposit back a very rude and arrogant Nigerian said that we must go to the police and that we can only get our deposit back if they sell the vehicle. After an argument he said he wont pay us a cent back. We refused to leave without our money back and after some time they paid 50% of our deposit back to us. We were forced to accept it as we were stuck there without transport, all our luggage and it was in a very dangerous area in JHB CBD. We had already been robbed. The experience has left us with a fear to deal with out of town dealerships in order to buy our dream car. These people are thieves!! Never again will we trust a used car dealership and pay a deposit on a vehicle
