You can trust him but not too much, hes a salesman after all.Bought my car here as a second hand car and have been servicing it with them only for the past 2+ years. Its very expensive to service the car on cash as opposed to using a service plan, my advice, get one and save for replacement parts. Had to pay 7.8k for the 90k service with only the battery replaced on my 2017 Hyundai i20.The car wash was bad this time around. Normally they do an amazing job washing it thats why I used to not take my car to the car wash on the week of service, this time around I had to take it to the car wash the very next day after service.

Received great service from Mohamed Jacobs when buying my car a few days ago. He went above and beyond for me to seal the deal. My license had expired and had to be renewed, my bookings for renewal was still a few days away. Instead of waiting, Mohamed did everything in his power to ensure I get my temporary license. This included taking me to the traffic center and waiting on ques, which took the whole day. Should you want to buy a car, Id highly recommend you contact Mohamed. This is one sales representative who will go beyond his role to assist.

A service may be done proficiently but do not expect proactive attention or any feedback at all from the staff. I am waiting over a month for any communication on a part that needs replacing. Despite my numerous calls i am always told the quote is coming, the quote was emailed to me (untrue), etc, etc. I am now gonna try bryanston.

Service and quality is awesome. I hate the fact that they never give you a price with VAT included. sometimes the difference in price could be quite significant. We are consumers not other companies coming for service. VAT should be included in all quoted prices.

My Hyundai ix35 went in with a fixed windscreen and came out with a cracked windscreen. I was told if there are chips (that means every car) then they are allowed to break the windscreen on their hoist which twists the car.I am so sad, I bought my car there and it has had every service for 10 years there and this is the response when they know they actually broke it!! I liked going there and now I have to go somewhere else.

Talk about the horrible customer service from the lady called Nokuthula and her manager Klaas until this day they are still running around with no clue for the car that was purchased the 1st week of January 2020. They still haven’t find or try to replace the spare keys for the car,Actually from day one they showed us very bad customer service. I don’t even know how he qualified to be a Manager there.

I took my car for a service and upon my arrival I was informed my car had not been booked, it appears as if the lady didnt make the booking. Thanks to the friendly staff a plan was made and my car was taken in. The customer care is excellent

Could not get my vehicle to them on the day due to unforeseen circumstances. Tried to re-arrange...got cut off 5 times trying to speak to a service advisor. Then the service advisor involved gave my driver who dropped the vehicle off, lip because it didnt come in on the day arranged. Very unprofessional. Thank you to Herman (the service manager) for his helpful manner though....I suggest the staff change their attitudes. I wont service a vehicle there again

So happy to be purchasing a car under a with a new brand, my broken radio was taken in from this dealership, the lady said its covered under warranty, along the line they say its not, and they will be charging us for running diagnostics, not even an apology! My 30k km service was ok nothing to write home about. The previous one 15k km was a disaster someone had lunch on my seat leaving there a lot of yogurt? I didnt notice while entering the car so my trouser also had some lunch. Even now i have a beautiful stain remaining on my seat after many tentatives to remove it.

Dont even deserve a star for their service.Took my car in for a service last year, they broke off the air filter pipe and refused to fix it. Dont even want to believe that it is their staff that broke it.Try calling them for a quote, youre just transferred from one person to the other. And then eventually, your call gets cut.Walk-in service is very unwelcoming. They dont treat your car well. The manager is nowhere to be found.

I came in to Hyundai to fix my steering column which they duly did to the tune of R7700. As I drove out of the service centre I noticed a knocking so i immediately turned back. The guys looked at the car and said to me that the problem was that my top shocks had gone and it would cost amount. I drove out feeling devastated but somehow thinking that this wasnt right. I went there again in the morning and said I am sure that the problem is with the installation of the steering column because the knocking felt like something was loose. Again they took the car for the day and told me that the problem was the top shocks and they would very kindly discount it to R7200. I rejected their quote. Somebody told me about Car service city. I went there and it took them all of 10 minutes to fix the loose thing that was caused by the installation of the steering column. They confirmed our suspicion that the shocks were fine and my car is now knock free. They also didnt want to charge us but we gave the guy R200 because he just saved us R7000 from the crooks at Hyundai. So either they were outright dishonest and took me for a stupid female who would just fall for their nonsense or they were totally dishonest and looking to make a fast buck. Either way its a total thumbs down for Hyundai Strijdom Park.

Recently when my wifes Tiguan TSI started playing up with a mere 80,000km on the clock, I persuaded her to look at Hyundai with their exceptional warranty and reported reliability. Since then the Tucson has been firmly on her radar.I then picked up a used Hyundai H1 bus for the business and turned to Hyundai Strijdom Park to start getting it in ship shape and all niggles removed.Quite honestly, I have been left stone cold by my customer experience - from having to have your VIN number for a simple purchase such as a wiper blade, which probably any spares shop can give you in a flash, to booking in for a service before a long-weekend trip and, only when the bus was to be collected, being told that none of the extra work could be done as they would have to order the spares.Not impressed.... maybe there is some truth in the old saying Everything keeps going right, Not-Hyundai-but-that-other-famously-reliable-Japanese-brand....

To be honest, my first and second encounter with this dealership was pathetic! I hated Hyundai just because of the service I got from this dealership. Sales and servicing was pathetic. However, I recently visited this branch for my first service on my brand new Hyundai grand i10. I did not want to go there after the terrible service I got from them but was asked nicely from their GM to let them redeem themselves. So I took my car in and everything went GREAT!!! Herman, the service manager was extremely helpful ,polite, understanding and did everything in his power to assistant me with whatever I needed help with. Along with Him, was Tyrone who was an absolute pleasure doing business with. Very friendly, answered any question i threw at him and even brought my car up to the door. Hyundai Strijdom Park, you have certainly redeemed yourself! Look forward to seeing you again at my 45000km service :-) Thats only if youll going to pick me up from work again LOL

Only branch to find the problem on my husbands car after it went back to other branches more than 10 times the first year. It was a broken shock....

Worst customer service ever experienced, lots of lies and deceit from the sales man to the DP. DP has no experience in customer relations at all. Instead fixing the problems that they agreed to fix when the vehicle was purchased they suggest you go to the ombudsman or they will buy back the vehicle. 1st and last time I use this dealership. You rather go to the WeltevredenPark Hyundai where the service is 2nd to none.

Im literally sitting here for an hour waiting to collect my car that was ready at 3:00pm... Its now 6:00pm waiting since 5:00pm. The place is closed now. The service agent is busy but damn what kind of process is this? One guy that can help? 🙁

I visited to get some technical advice on our own 2011 Hyundai and was assisted by the workshop and service manager who had so much product knowledge that he could immediately tell me where to look for the fault.Will be back in future for my new Hyundai H1.

I have been a customer of this branch for the better part of 10 years. Over this time we have bought new cars, serviced our fleet and always remained loyal. Our only request, provide excellent service. Today was the final straw, service at this branch has deteriorated to the point where I am moving my business to Hyundai Fourways. The DP as well as the service staff have no customer relations skill, I leave messages which are never returned. I have been waiting 4 weeks for a pipe for the oil pump and the last straw yesterday was when I was told to bring the car in so they could remove the damaged pipe and send it to a guy to see if he can match it. This is how the service adviser decided to cover for his own incompetence. Knowing full well that we only use genuine parts, he was prepared to void the warranty on our vehicles so that he could cover the fact that he never did his job. After this amount of time, it is sad to move on. I hope somebody at Hyundai sees this and takes action to fix the mess that is at this branch.
