Sold a vehicle with issues which they only paid to replace one of the issues and refuse to replace the others. Have wasted so much of my time would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them

Unacceptable service from Phindile and Juan in the Used Cars section. I could not go through with the sale of the vehicle because they tippexed over scratches on a white Tiguan. Months later, I am getting fines for the vehicle and eTolls because they have not filed the NATIS documentation correctly. Now its apparently my problem! I want this resolved ASAP, but Phindile has been dragging her feet for months!

Went there today for service and they are running a 20% special on major service . The lady that was helping me was trying to scam me . Right infront of me she called her collegue to manipulate prices . In her words how much is a brakefluid and how much quantity is needed .(then she got an answer) .Ok just ad more quantity and Ill work the price out Me sitting there thinking Oops she must be a qualified technician this one . What is she doing at the front desk 😳😳😳😳😳The quote came out around 3.5K more compare to another VW quote I got and still after their 20% the quote was still way higher than the quote I got ..She was taking chances . . VW service is commendable, compared to other car sale dealers. The quality and the design of their cars is for my taste. I once visited Toyota in Jeepys town, sales man there was in to his braai more than taking care of me. I then left and hated all other Toyota dealers because they easily remind me of the treatment I received from them. I can not recommend it to any other person

Friendly and efficient even if it was just for an oil service.Watch out for the add-ons and check your windscreen for chips before you leave your vehicle there - I was surprised to hear that I had 3 chips (!) and found the repairs of such a standard that they werent even visible! 🧐

Would not recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle from them, vehicle advertised with wrong km and faults which is not sorted out before putting on the floor,it took me as the customer to point out the faults. From the 20th September up until now its just one excuse after another, not to mention they dont ever get back to you unless you call them. Finally got tired of all the excuses I called the dealer principal who promised to call back the very next day, but did not.Its a utter disgrace to have people to work in big companies and have no problem in messing around with prospective buyers. The sales person also went far as to say Im not a customer. Had the vehicle been in satisfactory condition the sale would have been done.They have offered for me the use of one of the vehicles, which i declined ,as I do not want to drive someone elses vehicle In case something happened.Vw head office needs to do something and set some sort of standards and have sales team and management sent for a course on how to deal with customersPs if we could give stars in the minus I would do it.If the service is so bad before the sale I can just imagine what it would have been after

Very kind people. Always contacted me about my car. But my engine was not cleaned? The rest of car spotless thank you.I have since found that my car has gone heavy on fuel. I did drive down to Durban before service so I know the economy. But after service I noticed the economy has changed to heavier. My service advisor did not help. When I brought my car for check up I was in barons bruma for almost 4 hours.. Sadly they found nothing wrong with car. I will not deal with barons bruma again

Delivered the car with a flat (damaged) battery, this is a R400,000 car with 45kms.They also couldnt be bothered to do the licensing, we had to fight with Eugene Fourie because it was apparently not his problem.He also lied about sending the registration documents and the spare key to my wife. He did not.After many calls and emails is actually shows the terrible service that this company provides. Never again.

Dealer misrepresented an advert on a Tiguan Allspace. I dont appreciate them wasting my time. However I still give them 3 stars as the servicing department is good.

Worst sales false pretense experience ever. Misled in 2018 that a 2018 Polo Trendline was coming with a service plan. When i enquired about the car not coming with a service book it was then explained that service books had been digital and no books, only for the Sales Consultant to walkback in 2019 . Advise is be careful when dealing with their consultants. Have everything confirmed in writing even small stupid things.
