Agree with some of the comments above. Staff is rude, phoned to ask if they have stock, they said yes 3 available, also agreed on a specific amount that it would include all fees. Got to the branch, suddenly they have no stock and R10k was added to the price.

I purchased a vehicle from this branch 3 months ago, with the assistance of Rolfe. Costs were added to my invoice without being discussed with me, registration has still not been finalized and the service I have received since leaving the branch with the vehicle has been unprofessional and negligent.

Booked my vehicle in for an annual service today and wow, every person I dealt with in person, via email and telephonically has offered such incredible service. Truly a well-run organisation!

Bad service. Took double the time that was told to me without any updates during the wait. Staff not friendly, seemed to not notice nor enquire if everything is okay during the very long wait.

I attended an event hosted at their premises which were stunning and immaculate. The dealership staff and owner were friendly, welcoming and not forcing individuals to buy anything. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that I know to get exceptional customer service.

And two more for a used car delivered to me almost like new. However, Id think selling a car in such good condition WITH carpets wouldve been a nice touch...and of course a licence disc that hasnt expired. (Cant pass insurance inspection with this one.) All-in-all a good experience dealing with VW Melrose! A little more attention to detail in this case wouldve earned you five stars.

Terrible customer service. We suppose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership after all the paperwork is done they tell us the vehicle got smashed on the way to roadworthy we we know this is BS as they couldnt supply pics to prove. They obviously sold it for higher and would never buy from a dishonest dealership. Very disgusting service from a franchise dealership.
