One word...went once never went back. My car was serviced there, a month later I find out that my car has run out of break fluid. When I called them they told me... well you can by it for less than R50 at a garage. Point of the matter, is the principle behind it, a customer paid for a service then you tell them its only R29 Rands. Renault benoni was supposed to cover that R29 Rands for the plus R3000 I paid nevermind the Uber I took from and to them to bring and fetch my car. Never ever again. Last time they have seen me
Tried calling 3 times, the receptionist answers and slams phone on you continuously. When she decides to take your call. The person she transfers too does the same. Rather not do business with them, they dont people to support them. You are not important.
Great place to service your car. Located near an Estate. Friendly staff who are helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and helped. They service cars well and wash them. Had a great experience there
Called 5 times trying to book my car in for a service, each time they said the person responsible for Reanult bookings was currently on the other line or not in her desk and they took my name and number for her to call me back, waited the whole day but no one ever called me, decided to book my car somewhere else where I recieved excellent service
Sales team is great esp Frans Malejane- always willing to please a customer. My cars Service done well and my car clean but the shuttle service sucks where On my first service they refused to take me to work a year ago and Frans from sales took me to work! Now 2nd service, I asked that they take me....I saw the unhappiness but they took me still and later the lady( Marthy) called and bitterly complained for about 15 min that thier driver was gone for far too long & that Im so far away!!! Really!!? How do I help that because I bought the car staying & working that far! This to me means Im not worthy of their customer service..I wonder what is going to be like the next car serviceππ‘π§I wish I could have bought the car in another dealership!!I think they can try to better plan the routes as we book for service.
Service adequate, room for improvement. Should offer better lift services when clients bring their car in for a service
