After the recent service (July 2021) visit I picked up some inconsistencies. Friendly environment and offers a complementary wash.one thing I didnt like was being told my wipers need replacing and rear lights need replacing of which they didnt and made sure I pass the message through to them as I had replaced wipers just a month before and lights worked as noticed when parking the car a night before.And just as I suspected when I got the car back from service all the lights were still working without any replacements.

- On the 23rd of September I took the car for major service and assessment- after an assessment, I was told that they need to repair the brick pads and lights which is going to cost R5000+- I ended up paying R9500 for the car- When I got home I noticed that the was a leak and the service center was closed and it was a holiday- Monday I called and spoke to Suren and advised h about the leak and he said I can bring the car in.- Today I went to the center and the car was checked and I was told that they have to replace damged rubbers which are going to cost R300+ and labour is going to be R1000 +- I do not understand why should I pay again for labour on something that they should have noticed initially when they do an assessment- I underdard paying for the part which are the rubbersI am not happy with there charges and way of doing things.- One of their stuff confirmed that I was over charged.- In my opinion Kia is supposed to fetch my car and fix the leakage and I pay for the parts

Had my car serviced and the mechanics did a good job and the service from Faith is always the best. Honestly one of the reasons I still go back to Edenvale is due to Faith. I have dealt with two other people at Edenvale and if I based the service on them I would probably never go back. I was meant to take my car in today to have a repair and due to work I was unable. I called Kia to move my repair to next week. The service agent said are you sure you will make it this time?. Which is pretty poor for someone working in service.Lucky Faith called, friendly as usual to follow up and saw it was not actually booked in correctly to next week. Booked and happy to go back as long as I deal with Faith only.

Kia Edenvale is the absolute worst service center Ive ever been to. Service adviser Faith is rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with an incorrectly captured service plan and she was all too wiling to do everything in her power to NOT assist me and insist on payment despite my policy clearly saying otherwise. She was all too happy to announce that it expired She had the audacity to push me to pay before 5 oclock so she could go home (my policy has since been resolved) after I escalated it. If Faith bothered to return my calls during the day this issue would have been resolved before I collected my car. The cherry on top was worse my car actually came out damaged, huge crack on the windscreen. Faith again doing everything in her power to escape accountable and go home at 5 tried to insinuate that the crack was already there. Ill see you at the Ombudsman. As for Faith, she should be fired.I beg anyone reading this to avoid this place at all costs, I read the negative reviews and decided against it, much to my regret, dont make the same mistake I did.

I visited the service department and was greeted with exceptionally warm, welcome and helpful service. All my questions were answered in satisfactory manner.My only recommendation is for area to be sealed off from the noise from the workshop, it made it difficult to communicate.

Terrible they wanted to charge R3500 to change a fuse that opens the electrical window. A few months back they said I should have my clutch replaced in a 2018 car at R8500. Still driving me car with no problem. Covid has hit us all financially but this daylight robbery

My experience has been poor serviceI phoned at 13h10 today to make appointment to service my car. Got through to switchboard asked for service section. Waited but switchboard came back to say couldnt put my call through. She asked for my number for them to call me back. I gave approximately half my number and the lady said thank you. I interjected and told her what about rest of my number and my name. I gave it to her and that is when I noted the time. As I was going in the direction of the centre I decided that if they hadnt called me back by then I would stop and go in and make the appointment this happened at 13h45 no indication that they had message to call me back. Anyway it is now 14h40 about 1 and half hour later and still no call back. I will wait until they call me before I say something

The service is definitely 5 star. Sales, After Sales, Maintenance and so on and so on. We bought a car there just over a year ago and we have had nothing but exceptional service. Probably thee best dealerships Ive come across! And I mean I was a intern for bidtrack.. So Ive been to a fair amount of dealerships.. Such friendly staff.. and it literally took 3 days for me to have all papers and everything sorted, including the car keys in my hand.Lets not forget my precious baby (car) I got at a great price! I do not know about the integrity of the dealership at large but DO NOT buy a car from the salesman Frank Mudau! He will say and do anything to get the sale,I cannot remember half the lies that were told by this man when I bought my car! The dealership was also not very helpful even after they found out how deceitful their employee was, they kept on sending me back to Frank to fix the problem.

Got a good and helpful service from the used car sales team but wow they are sloppy and unaware. I found that the car I liked was a 2018 and was being sold as a 2019. Check every single aspect of the car before purchasing.

Brought bkaaie in for service, told them brakes were worn. Got the car back and was told brakes had over 50% life, but problem persisted. Brought the bakkie to another mechanic, the brakes were worn right out and have damaged the rotors too. Kia Edenvale essentially just did a car wash for this service. Same happened in our 2018 service.

Last week I bought my son a secondhand Kia Sportage. However, before I could even hand him the keys, I had damaged the skid plate underneath the car (dont ask!). So off to Kia Edenvale to see if I can get a replacement part. The workshop foreman, Leon was quick to notice the damaged skid plate dragging underneath the car and asked if I needed some assistance. He offered to remove the damaged part free of charge and promised to fit the new part as soon as it arrived. Two days later the part arrived and I rocked up at Kia during their lunch break. Once again Leon was to the rescue, leaving his lunch to assist me. Just to mention that he himself fitted the new part, as his mechanics were still at lunch. And once again at no charge. What great service and not because I wasnt charged for the fitment, but because of Leons willingness to jump in and assist at the drop of a hat! People like Leon make people like me preach the gospel of the good service that they can expect from Kia Edenvale! Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Kia Edenvale has assigned Amelia Pavier that has no customer service or integrity as my service advisory. She is not able to distinguish between a warranty claim or a cash quote. The Ombudsman, National Consumer Commission, National Consumer Tribunal, National Credit Regulator, SA Consumer Complaints and the RSA Social Media Family needs to give their input to this atrocious service and treatment. Kia Edenvale you have overstepped your boundaries. The Principal dealer as well as the Service Manager does not investigate the problem , they are not interested at all to assist. Had an awful experience. All sorts of fees that they said had been taken off the invoice miraculously re-appeared and I didnt notice on day of signing. Stay away from here or make sure you check the whole invoice. You really dont expect this sort of behavior from reputable dealers.

I phoned service dept to find labour rate per hour was told service manager busy @ 8.00 am by Maria on phone. She failed to take my number so you will not see my money bad service manners to the customer. But when you enquire about a price on a Daihatsu part they phone you back. This is what we are faced with in South Africa bad service and when only the company sees a potential sale do they want your details like phone /cell no to make a sale. Pathetic wont buy there and put me off Kia product. Dealer principle needs to wake up what happens there during a given day!

So I took my 2017 Kia picanto to Kia edenvale for its Annual service as I didnt do the mileage car is on 30000km and a shudder on the clutch ... They also said the throttle body had to be changed as it had been recalled .... Ow well car has been back 4 times in a month its a mess .... fuel consumption has gone to the dogs , vibration on the floor boards at certain speed , brakes binding at the back and wiper blades broken after they said they change them as part of the 30000km service ..... service is pathetic from Workshop manager . They said my car had been washed but yet there was no water on any where on my car all they did was fresh tyre shine on my car as I had it at the car wash two days before absalutly pathetic . Not even a courtesy phone call as to the progress of my car . I have had to follow up and to top it off had to wait 1h30 min the first time I took my car there ..... not happy starting to hate the car a car I used to get 22km / L to now getting 13 km / L

Ive never had such a bad experience with motor car brand. My car has been sitting with the Kia Edenvale Dealership for over a month and a half. Had the car for just under a year and the engine blew. Took them over a month to fix it and when I got it back the braking system was broken which is apparently my fault. Fighting with the dealership and a very arrogant workshop manager. Contacted the head office and its been 3 days and no one gets back to me. Call them about 3 to 4 times a day and still no feedback. They just couldnt care...thoroughly disappointed!!!

Bad service.After I was informed of the offered monthly premium I noticed that the premium on the car I was buying was way higher than any online fincance calculators that I used.When I asked about it the sales person and the finance lady just said that the online calculators were inaccurate.The day I signed for the car I asked again about the high monthly premium. There was another lady that helped on that day and she explained that a tracker, scratch ptotection plan and maintenance plan were added to the car, but I did not ask any of that to be added when I applied to buy the car.Those additions pushed up the cars price by a lot of money.I accepted the deal because I really wanted the car, but the bad service really took away the exitement and joy of buying a car.
