Heard so much good about this store. Upon visiting was disappointed by the display, the order of the meats and the variety available. Definitely cannot be compared to other delicatessens in the JHB (Siemens and Schwaben). When getting home and sampling the purchase, I was even more disappointed by the quality of the meats and the flavour.I definitely wont go back.

Very popular butchery and for good reason. Their meat quality is always of a high standard. Been shopping here for 5 years and never been disappointed. Except after a busy weekend their shelves are sometimes very empty. But thats understandable.

Goodmans is fantastic quality in a quaint, farmers market-style centre.There is a large variety of meats & cuts, as well as eggs, breads & other complementing items, with a wunderbar selection of German Gods & delicacies.There are 2 safe parking areas within boom gates, relatively clean toilets & wheelchair-friendly parking & shop access.The staff are polite & helpful.

Quite underwhelming. Service as well as stock. What put me off was the sickly chicken breasts swimming in bloody milky looking goop. What I presume is the owner - elderly German woman is just . Well sucks at customer service. Overall dingy looking deli with not a great variety. Ill rather go to Blackheath spar. Better variety super hygienic and staff act like they enjoy working there

Sausages are just the best from them! Have other German type items including deli meats and cheese.

This is an awesome little German owned butchery. They do have some traditional German produce but that is not their sole focus. Their bacon is to die for!

Always a pleasant experience, I get my free-range eggs and my natural honey there, and of course free-range chicken too.
