Security guards are absolutely USELESS! A security guard whos name is MINENHLE NENE, falsely accuses people of stealing without proof. Boss details were given by security supervisor named Charles. Tried calling the security company boss, number immediately goes to voicemail. Very unhappy with how the Shoprite manager dealt with the matter.

Your ques leave much to be desired in terms of social distancing where the two lines merge. I suggest that you have a separate entrance for each que. Open an entrance at the far corner of the que barriers. So that there is a visible entry point for each cashier.

Poorly stocked, products had short fridge and shelf life..

Today cashier named Thandekile Madonsela robbed me R100 by the time I checked my slip it was already late I was on the way home....but its ok she can keep it as her Christmas tip.

The guard is not friendly. I was travelling with my daughter alone. She and I had a mask on. Plus there was no one to look after her at home. So I cant leave her at home alone. So.i went with her. The guard told me that children are not allowed in the shope... sonwas I supposed to leave my 5 year old in the car ? Makes no sense.

Great place to shop but not enough cashiers during lockdown.Every week there are reports of being bring targeted, cars stolen. So I used to be a regular customer. But no longer shop there and neither should you. If they wont protect their customers they shouldnt have any.

Would it hurt your pockets so much to open 3 more tills on monthend

Not over crowded

Just experienced bad service when a teller told me Im bullying him when I requested for him to pack my stuff as he should he refused and immediately disregarded me I spoke to Management who was not helpful, Im not even sure if she was management the teller was as disrespectful to her and showed no emphathy in the present of the so called manager. I felt there is no customer service at all in this ShopRite and Im really disappointed as a chrckerc shopper to experience such!
