We just need transport from one venue to another so that no one needs to drink and drive. There was never any intention to drink on the bus, we literally just need transport. If you have a company policy, I sign for it and if we break the rules you can hold me accountable and charge me for it. But you rather decide to discriminate and assume that we will not respect your company policy. If I said it was for a corporate outing you would accept. Just because its a corporate outing does not mean that people on the bus wont break your company policies. Obviously View Africa is not interested in doing any business.

Drivers dont care about passengers on-board, overtaking on double white lines.

If Im driving 120 in the fast lane, and a bus (with a sticker on the back that proclaims its not allowed to drive faster than a 100) passes me in the left lane, cuts in front of me and then drives so fast that I dont have time to memorize its number plate, I just know that I will never trust the company to transport me safely. Reckless driving that has, apparently, been reported before. The fact that nobody addressed the issue says a lot about management.

This is by far the worst company ive ever hired transport from! A waste of time and money and Ill never recommend them to anyone. I hired a 19 seater, they brought a 28 seater that was making noise all the way from Pretoria to Polokwane. They put our lives at risk by sending us a driver who had no idea how to operate the minibus let alone drive it properly. The bus was shaking and stuttering at every stop and go, by the toll gates and when he slowed down on the freeway. He arrived late and as a result we left 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time and he didnt even know his way to get to our office. I feel that the company took us on a ride! Pun intended! They advertised a bus with air conditioning, music and a fridge but we didnt get any of those on this minibus. The driver himself even told me that the minibus was not serviced and it was in need of maintanance. I am utterly dissapointed at View Africa coaches and Samantha whom I feel had lied to us, they over promised but under delivered. Never again will I ever use their services
