Colette was really helpful and responded to my many questions very promptly. The bus arrived on the day with lots of time to spare and Henry, our driver, was very accommodating. The bus itself had a bluetooth connection for music and built-in cooler boxes for drinks, which was great. It was more reasonable than any other quote I got and the guys on board for the bachelor party loved it. Highly recommended!

From the bookings, communication, service and quality all the way through to the end was absolutely outstanding! Our driver was the absolute star of the show. He was professional, patient, polite, funny and friendly and an absolute gem! His driving was impeccable. He is an amazing addition to the experience. It was so memorable. Will definitely use again. I would say, great value for money!

What shocking service!!. I booked this party bus for my daughters matric dance in July and fully paid for it 10 days before the dance. I phoned a day before the event to confirm all was okay. At 4pm I received an email, not even a phone call from them to say the bus is in for repairs and is no longer available. The options they offered were: A bigger bus or a smaller one at over R 3000 more or a refund!!. I phoned Collette who was completely unhelpful and unwilling to offer us a vehicle at the same price, especially as it was through no fault of ours. After phoning several party bus hire companies, we managed to find a vehicle and a couple of them mentioned that this is not the first time Collette has done this to a customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not even worthy of the 1 star I have given them!!

I was in South Africa for one of the best weddings, and we had the sickest limo party bus with these guys! Great company, freakin amazing ride haha! Use them, theyre the best!

Feb 2019 Review: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MATRIC DANCE GROUPSWe made the fatal mistake of using Limo Party Bus Hire for the second time thinking the service would be better.The allocated bus was changed 3 days before the event date due to technical problems. We were offered a better bus. After arriving 30 minutes late, The Black Monster could not complete more than the 4 hours of the 8 hire hours due to a battery issue. MD group had to make use of Uber to complete the event trips.No refund for the missing hours has been received despite continued efforts to find fair compensation.We paid over R9000 for 2 trips.One trip from Rosebank to Waverley and one trip from Waverley to Northcliff.SERVICE LIKE THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND JUST PLAIN THEFT2017 Review:What a shocker. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired the 22 seater party bus on the 23rd June 2017. The Bus did not arrive to collect 22 Matric Dance guests in Pretoria. The driver got lost for 3 hours with no air time, a non functional navigation system and no support from Limo Party Bus Hire. We had to hire alternative transport with zero compensation from Limo Party Bus Hire.
