Can the owner/management of clear water dream nails take care of their staff when it comes to covid.. Its not for the first time we needed treatment and workers are expected to work while coughing. Im not impressed with that but their work is beautiful. But please adhere to safety

I had my first experience with all the nail glamour that everyone raves about. I enjoyed the experience as the ladies patiently explained to me how it works and what needs to be done. They were very friendly and extremely professional. The salon is clean and smells good. My nail broke a few days later and they filled it free of charge! I was very impressed! They dont honour their appointments. They dont honour their special packages after you booked it and pitch for the appt they revert to normal prices. They left me stranded for my daughters MD they cancelled on me 6pm the night before the appointment. I was livid and disappointed at how the whole matter was managed by the owner Sharon as well. I will never go there again. Ive switched to Sorbet now, excellent service at Sorbet.

Visited the salon on a recent trip to South Africal. It is under new management and the experience was great.. Hands on management makes all the difference!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DREAM NAILS!!!Probably THE WORST Dream Nails experience Ive EVER HAD!!!!The technicians not qualified, if they are then they clearly not good...I booked a gelish mani and pedi... my cuticles were FLOODED with gel polish, asked the therapist to please fix it, she basically tried to fix it by filing my cuticles down AFTER she had applied and cured the top coat.They kept in complaining about how much work they had to do, making it uncomfortable for me.I asked her to fix it again, and she said she has a client...Left the salon nearly in tears because this was my birthday present!!!!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
