My mother and myself went to the spa for a treat and had our toes done and did some necessary facial waxing... Needless to say, the wax ended up in our hair and my toe is cracked and damaged. Im totally unimpressed...

I received the best service, enjoyed every minute of the massage. Thanks to my massage therapist. The place is clean and quiet. I highly recommend Melville wellness spa, definitely coming back soon.

I didnt get a spa feel at all and my massage was average. According to the website a full body aromatherapy massage is meant to be 75mins, my massage was an hour. I wont be going back.

Enjoyed the experience. I feel recharged, rejuvenated and revitalized. I loved the jacuzzi as well. I will visit soon

A tranquil well-rounded wellness centre. With a gym, pool, jacuzzi, outside massage area and leisure spots. With the Melville Koppies as its backdrop and an artsy aesthetic. The Furnace has amazing coffee straight out of oumas coffee pot. I always leave the premises feeling good!

I had my eyebrows done once and it was the worst job iv ever seen done on them. No training whatsoever and then I got offered a tint to fix that horrible job and even that was shocking. Will never go back.

An utterly disappointing experience. The staff made an error with my booking but were not prepared to try to accommodate my request. At a time when businesses like these should be bending over backwards for customers, Melville Wellness Centre failed dismally

On Saturday I went to the Melvillle Wellness Centre for a back and neck massage. I called earlier in the week to schedule the appointment and on the day they called me around 8am to remind me of my appointment, which was nice.Nice place, with a view into the Melville Koppie (West side) and some ducks running around in the garden.Nice welcome at reception. My therapist was on time to take me to the treatment room, which was nice and calm.The massage itself started out a bit tough on me because my back muscles were tightly knotted. But she worked them and I could feel the impact of her work until I was very relaxed. It was lovely. Days later I still feel the impact. This was a lovely Christmas gift from my friend and well worth her money. I plan to go on a regular basis ( maybe once a month? ) income allowing. The fact that they are just down the road from my house makes it very convenient.

Lovely grounds - I really enjoyed the massage and facial. I wont be going back though based on the nails. I was bleeding from them cutting my cuticles too low and the paint work was very messy, I removed it when I got home and did it myself. The winter warmer package was a three hour session in one small (and very cold) room, lying down the whole time. I suggested I sit up for the manicure, but she said she preferred I lie down. It was a bit too much lying down for so long, I was very uncomfortable for the last half of the treatments. It would be nice if they moved you to another room for your nails, where you can sit up, have refreshments and a new space.

Truly amazing. Staff are professional and reliable. Theyre cheaper than most Spas yet their quality is superb.
