The salon is neat and spacious and had its own bathroom which is a definite plus when I have long treatments , it is one of the few that has a bathroom on offer to clients.The reception staff were pleasant though could try to be more polite and efficient. My therapist carried out my treatments well enough. I was not to pleased with my pedi quickie as she did less that other salons , her paint was good.

Pathetic service!!! Dont waste your time!! They are so unfriendly! Like they doing you a favor not you paying them for a service!! Sorbet! What a complete and utter disappointment!! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I had the option!!

The ladies accommodated last minute requests. The tea/coffee service is the best I have observed, very classy with a tray and milk & sugar on the side. The ladies are very friendly to all clients, not only their own and/or regulars. The services - massage, manicure & pedicure both with gelish - were done too the T, even when I changed my mind a few times!

I have been going to Sorbet Randridge Mall for almost 2 years now. The service is excellent. Valerie, Zanele and Sinhle do really great Nails, Treatments and Massages. Portia and Annie on the front desk are super friendly and very helpful. After a large number of visits I have not had a bad experience ever. Thank you ladies. You are the best.

Beauty salon located in the north western part of Johannesburg, in Randridge Mall. Various types of treatments are available, such as manicures and pedicures, massages, waxing and facials. Staff are friendly and helpful. Appointments are mandatory, they do tend to get quite busy over weekends.

Sorbet is always a favorite for getting some pampering done. I had a wonderful gel mani and felt like a million bucks! Thank you to all the friendly staff at Sorbet for a super experience, highly recommended

Way too overpriced. The ladies dont even make conversation and they know I have sensitive cuticles yet I still came out bleeding and unhappy with my nails but hey, i paid over R600 right? I should be happy. Never again. Goes for the one at northgate as well

IT IS A GREAT PLACE BUT YOU HAVE TO BE LUCKY TO GET THE BEST TECHNICIAN .... SOMETIMES YOU CAN GET A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED AND LAST TIME SOMEBODY WAS GETTING RID OF PEDICURE WATER INSIDE THE BASIN WHERE WE ARE SUPPOSED TO WASH OUR HANDS ..... NOT GOOD AT ALL IN MY OPINION ....

Vibe is good and the ladies who did the nails were friendly but my gel peeled within a week and was untidy.

Im not too impressed. Ive been there twice. Both times the flood my cuticle with the gellish so it peels after 3 days. Also, I hate the way they shape.
