WS there early this morning, was nice and quiet could buy more goods because the shop just opened and everything was fresh inside

Got my sons cake in time but couldnt enjoy it because it was burned. How do you decorate a burned chocolate cake. Worse thing I call the store and Im told if I dont have the slip theres nothing to talk to me about, remember these are the same people who called me to inform me that cake is ready for collection. The standard has definitely dropped from what I was used to for the past 5 years.

How are you guys saying you open at 4:30 and youre still closed at 5:00,I woke early counting on you and when I get there, doors locked! Please advertise what you offer, if you say youre opened at 4:30, e opened.
