Today I went in to test drive a BMW M4, I was served by a gentleman by the name of Tsepho, the experience was terrific and the service was even better! I truly do recommend you visit this place and take your time to pace through the isles and have a look at the different beautiful cats that they have in stock! Financing, cash, whatever your heart desires they shall accomodate you! Terrible customer service from parts department, i sent an email requesting a quote with no response i called in i was told that Klaas is not at his test there due to that the gentleman that was at parts he said he cant help me i must wait for klaas which might be the following day

No smile from the guy at the parts department to the lady where you pay for the parts, she didnt even greet, I had to greet her, she was playing games on her phone.

I went here yesterday and it was my first time visiting a BMW dealership and I was really impressed with their service. Apparently that’s what BMW is all about according to the BMW genius who assisted me. I don’t like the brand but the service is so good that it makes me actually consider buying a BMWThumbs up!!!👍🏾

Phoned them for my brake pads. Was told that they do change them on a Saturday. Left my car by them then get a call saying they dont have in stock and that my lock nut is damaged. They mentioned that who ever I took it to previously damaged it! But they are the ones that removed my wheels previously.Incompetent staff. They need to accept their mistake.Last time being with them.. Ps. Lots of other reviews similar to mine. So Im guessing Im not the first one.*saw alot of broken cars. I think they broke it.

Do not use them. Completely useless. Firstly, they stripped the lock nut on my car and lost a bolt. Secondly the parts department gave me a complete stuff around and wasted a Saturday trip (even though I was paying for parts the morons lost). Plus lets not forget my car is on a motorplan. Anway got the parts from Sandton Auto who were quick and efficient, and when I serviced my car there (just yesterday), it turns out said morons didnt replace my brakes properly. So in essence they ripped BMW off. Anyway car is driving like it should, thanks to another dealer. Oh and all my bolts were still on my rims.

This is the most rudest BMW Dealership Parts Sales service I have ever come across. No customer service what so ever.Went to the parts to enquiry about my side mirror glass. No one agnolaged I was even standing in front of them. I had to ask to be served. I rather still deal with BMW North Cliff Auto which gives me a better service. I was in the area so I thought I’d give Joburg City auto a try.Wouldn’t recommend Joburg City Auto at all.

Was the 2nd customer but last to be seen to at the service department. Then told it will take 30 minutes to sort out, but i have to wait for all the other vechicles to be completed. No proper queuing system. Will never recommend this dealerto anyone. Left and went to Sandton, was sorted out in 15 minutes. This place can learn a lot from Sandton about customer service. Wake up Joburg City auto.

Received excellent service from the servicing department. Would definitely take my car back there.

The service is Lovely. Whenever they have new deals, they contact me, and when i am there they treat me well, like a VIP.

Just love dealing with Lavin and Sashan in Parts Department - always go out of their way for me. Best parts sales guys in the country without a doubt.

Bmw joburg city nice and clean dealership

I just got a quote but even though it seems as though its in a shoddy part of town, its a very secure facility as are the surrounding streets and they sell car shampoo and other goodies. If you want reception and other staff to take you seriously though, you need to dress like you belong 🙄

I have called joburg auto twice from last 2 weeks . They take message and said they will call back for service booking . They are so busy and couldnt make a call .Today i called them again , they took the call and transferred to servicing department .After a very hard short 8.32 minutes the reception lady again took the call and say .they are busy .Do you really care about customers ?Ref: FK 63 SC GP

Poor service and they dont care about customers once you have purchased a vehicle. Have never came across a rude dealer principal like i experienced with Steven Nale.

Unlucky customer,Car registration: CD60NYGPI took my car there early Nov 2017 for repairs, they ordered FEM overseas, it arrived early dec 2017, today is 5th of jan 2018 i still dont have my car.This guy Junior everytime he opens his mouth he lie to me, they pushed my car at the back and work on other cars which are for service only, he also book extra car for the techncian who is working on my car as a result he never get enough time to fix my car.On 21st dec 2017 he told he need to order extra parts and i gave him go ahead, on Wednesday 3 jan 2018, i went there and he told me that the parts have arrived and were already fitted but the technican has not book the car for testing he will only be back on friday, 5th jan 2018. I didnt have energy to argue but it make no sense that a technician can go to leave or off days and the car has to wait for him, i found that very unprofessional, nevertheless i called in and spoke to Purity yesterday 04th Jan 2018, she took my story and promised to be invistigate, she phoned me back and says she went to find out from techncian and they told her the parts will arrive today, 05th jan 2018, and she will give a call today in the morning its now 13h00 no call no update, according to me im dealing with people who are not honest, Junior says the parts arrived and fitted, Purity says the parts will arrive only today, 2 people give me two different feedback about same car.I have paid 23000 already cash.

Worthless dealership for a BMW company... Couldnt even tell me which oil to use on my BMW!! Waited for two days for a response and still waiting by the way... Kept on passing my email to different people and department. Ended up asking the Bedfordview branch instead who responded in minutes and i had to purchase my items from there even though this branch was the closest!! Really bad customer service for a BMW dealership, wish there was a zero on this rating, doesnt even deserve a single star :(
