I have a Toyota dealership 5 minutes away from home but Id rather drive the 30 minutes to Motus Toyota Parktown. Ive been going to them for 3 years now and they always strive to deliver the best possible service. Would recommend them above any other branch.

I collected my new car from motus Park town i bought from motus cape gate.The sales manager assif and other staff members were very vriendly it felt like i bought a new car from them.What i were looking for was to offer my wife a cup of coffee.However that was not a train smash.The manager offer any assistance and sevice to my car. What more can I expect.Next time i will buy a car from them.Park town i wont forget you.

Purchased a vehicle from the used car department. Almost 3 months has past and I still have not received the spare key.I was charged R500 for COR for refinancing 2 other vehicles but no COR was done.

My familys new and previously owned cars are well cared for and people are helpful over the past decade there whether in sales or service.

One must be very careful when applying for finance here as they dont bother to ask if you need a fixed interest rate or variable, they add tracker, warranties without engaging with the client. When one needs to cancel all those additional charged services, youll be given a lot of numbers to call. Even after the service provider has refunded the money to Toyota Parktown, I struggled to get Financial Managers approve my refund. I had the worst service ever at Parktown, unfortunately I had already rated them 5 on after sale service after buying my car from them.

The service here is not very good. You get phoned to get permission to replace stuff on your vehicle that doesn’t really need replacement. The personnel is not very friendly and they only assist because it’s their job and they have to do it. I won’t make use of their service again.

Took my car in for a airbag replacement and they were efficient and friendly. I had a good breakfast while waiting at the in house coffee shop.

The service advisor is not a nice person. He is rude and does not know how to tall to customers where as there guy that services cars was friendly and willing to explain.

My mother took my car in to have the alternator replaced. She got the car back with a major shudder in the engine. Took it back and was told by the technician/mechanic that the car still needs to get used to the new alternator and that itll get used to my driving style and then wont shudder.What absolute nonsense and disrespect for trying to pass off this garbage to my mother because you guys think she wont know any better.Even when I took the car back the same mechanic tried to sell me the same story like Im an idiot.He messed up and needed to fix the problem - whats so difficult about that?The utter disrespect and disregard for your clients (from some of your staff) is alarming.

Please do your best and go elsewhere. This has been the worse experience consumer related in my life. After taking my car (GT86) in for a routine service @70k km, my car was absolutely abused by the mechanic and service foreman. They drove around replicating an imaginary problem, used more than half a tank of petrol and broke the clutch, then GAVE IT BACK TO ME. I made it less than 5kms down the road before the car was completely immobile. They tried everything they could to avert the blame and suggested towing it 25kms back to the center with a Hilux?? Once the car went back to the service center I had to call and follow up each time for an update. 2 months later no parts still and the car has had no work done to it. I tried to sell the car to them, still under warranty to avoid dealing with them any further and the used car manager Ian promised to call back 2 days later. almost 3 weeks later still no response or idea from anyone what is going on. PLEASE try use Monument Toyota if you must, these guys seriously cant do their jobs, and will rather make excuses all day than solve the problem.
