I have purchased a number of Bose items(small systems and headphones)from Bose Sound Systems, Rosebank over the past few years. I live in Port Elizabeth and have pretty much always dealt with Pierre, Martin and the Rosebank team on a remote basis. The service and support I have received is fantastic. The products have all been great. Recently(June 2020) I needed assistance with a repair/service to a pair of QC 35 II headphones - sent them to Rosebank and the problem was sorted out immediately - back with me in PE in under 3days. They replaced the faulty set - no questions asked. Service like this makes a very nice change! I can both commend and recommend Sound Systems.Nice friendly people and great great sevice!!

I would like to commend Pierre and his team for exceptional service. And then especially taking the time in order to demonstrate and explaining all technicalities surrounding all products with no sweat not knowing wether i myself will be purchasing a system or not as I actually sent a system in for repair. Yet walked out with a Touch 30. Sound-bar 700 with 2 x 700 Subwoofers and rear surround system. Amazing quality. Thanks for a great experience and going the extra mile of delivering components personally. Yet to say Im happy, wife not so much as she does not understand high-end quality.

Brilliant after service, you dont get this with most brands!

Had an issue with the battery on my my home system. I took it to the iStore i got it from and they called Bose to find out what the issue was. Bose could not identify and asked me to come past. It took me no time with this amazing service they just replaced my unit. Amazing such good customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and well informed the staff were. Im pedantic about my sound and had a minor issue that was resolved in a few minutes. What a great team under Pierre Steyn, the managers, leadership. Highly recommended.

I loved the experience!

Great and insightful experience! My soundsport earphones did not play the usual high quality standards of Bose and I needed to find out why. Upon entering the Bose store the first lesson was that all audio requires the latest firmware. However, though this was a problem, Bose couldnt figure out what was causing the real issue. Nevertheless, one way Bose resolved it was to provide me with new Soundsport earphones (t&cs apply) so I can get on with listening to high quality music. Thank you Bose. Its clear you place immense value on your brand and ensuring that customers enjoy the highest standards & quality of music... all of the time! At midnight I will be burning all non-Bose audio (need to just double check with the wife ;)

Called the store looking for a replacement cable, when i got there they only had Apple compatible cables and i use Android, they explained to me that the cable will work besides the volume control. I was willing to buy it, but they had a spare one around and gave it to me without charge. Thank you..

Great product and superb service!! Had a problem with my QC25s. Took them in to JHB Branch. They tested,booked and boom problem solved!! Will be going there to pick up my new headphones in the week!!Great job and all over great experience u get there. Yes its expensive but you pay for quality and after sales service.Bose keep up the great product!!

Bose are not cheap products: but you pay for quality.I had a issue trying to get a replacement cable from the Cape Town branch, shipment didnt arrive and sadly the staff member didnt handle it the way they should of. Their manager was away during this time.I ended up speaking to Pierre the manager of the JHB branch. After speaking to him I got the most amazing service, got my cable shipped all the way to Cape Town the very next day.Mistakes happen, especially when the manager of a branch goes away for a while. For me its all about how management handles the situation and their efforts to improve and make things right for that I can recommend this store as one of the best I have ever dealt with.

Excellent Sound system.

Explained to me how to attach output sound from a smart TV to my Bose V25 by way the optical connevtion aka Toslink. So professional.

I was mugged, and the mini-jack cable on my Bose headphones was completely bent out of shape in the process. This branch replaced the cable for free, and were really nice about it. Thanks guys!
