Very bad experience i had with 1A. i bought brand new Imix cordless mics from them. They never worked. When i returned them they were so rude and were of little help. i ended up just returning with the product. There is a guy Mohammed, i think he is the store Manager, he was very rude. I will not buy in the store again!

Poor services. The staff is soo unprofessional. It is soo embarrassing actually that such a big store have such staff lacking good customer care. They always soo impatient. They make it soo clear that they care about immediate sales. I had engaged with few over the phone hoping to get 1 whos better but after 2 or 3 questions the answer is just come to the store . I am always busy thats why i inquire online and if i get everything i would also make a payment then send people to collect. I have bought some sound from you before that worth nearlt 200k, this time i decided to move my business else where and i promise if you continue like this many more customers will leave

The customer service is not the best here but then again it does gets quite busy. Finding parking is also a hassle so you might have to park a bit further away. If you dont mind that you can get some pretty good deals. Sometimes they are also willing to negotiate.

Customer service needs improvement as you have to phone and follow up on online orders.Dont buy any online products as a Guest its inefficient and very frustrating tracking and tracing your order afterwards!Courier or delivery fees not clear on site as their site say its free? I had to pay an additional R200.00 on top of my purchase to courier my order to KZN. I did enquiry about this and was told that the courier costs is covered in their Ts and Cs which is not the case!

Value for money Professional Sound equipment

I bought studio monitors at the store two days ago and inside of the products packaging items (power cables) were missing even after the product was open infront of us the employee at the store kept quiet about the fact that the power cables were missing and reassured me that everything is there in the box. I had to find out later the next day that there were items missing. Ive tried e-mailing the store but they dont want to reply to the e-mail, the only option was to call them. Bad service

Massive range at good prices. Parking is not great but the car guards assist in double parking. I would suggest going there knowing what you want to purchase. Definitely not boutique shopping. Floor to ceiling shelves with stock. Did see a lot of musical equipment I wouldnt expect to find easily elsewhere.

I enquired about headphones which they advertised and i wanted to purchase them, when i finally got intouch the sales person he put the phone down on me twice because i asked if they can assist with delivery to cape town. As a retailer you dont put calls down in your customer ears, you should try and assist first if you cant then say that you cant...A1 sound has the worst service that iv ever experienced in my 20 years in the sound industry in south africa.

The equipment is top range, the customer support depends on whom you meet. Some guys are boring, some guys are friendly. The most awkward and very boring thing is that there is no parking for cars. I have struggled to find a space to park my car everytime I visited the shop. I had to leave my friend in the car and flash hazards.
