I have come across some brilliant vet clinics and vets across three countries where what they do is a calling; Ive also seen some where I would not take my furry family back again - Boskruin Vet is most certainly the former. Im new to Jhb, but pleased that my family of various rescues will be in good hands ...

Very helpful with domestic pet care including certain pet surgery / operations.This vet also offers grooming services and offers a variety pet foods.Well established in the area, but can get quite busy.Medical teams and support staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products.

Absolutely the best vet in town!They care about our animals and not about how much money they can make out of the pet parent.We are their customer for life.They removed bladder stones from our Jack Russell and cared for him asif he was one of their own.

Great service and advice from Boskruin.Finns operation went well and I saw other Aussie Shepherds being brought in while I was there, so they are trusted vets for the breed, which was comforting.Operation went smoothly and they are reasonably priced, too.

First appointment with them. They were affordable and friendly. Dont know much about the vets as we only had a drop off procedure done (no consultation was needed). The procedure went well. We will definitely consider them again.

Best vets in town. Weve supported them for years and they never disappoint. The wait can get a bit long, but they genuinely care about your pets. Ive seen people take ducks and rabbits in, not just the usual cats and dogs. Their rates are very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

Friendly, accommodating staff with open door policy. Also allow pet owners inside when pet is examined by the vet. I like that in these covid times.

One of the best Vets in the area. All the vets are so caring and humble and they really are gentle with the animals. They are very reasonable as well.. Today i went in for a checkup as our Jack russel was bleeding slightly . We were told she is just on heat and no consult charged. Always a pleasant experience at this vet. Keep it up!

Very caring, the animals come first. We have only had good experiences with our own dogs and foster dogs. They havent run unnecessary tests that cost a huge amount and still get a great outcome.

My deceased and living fluffy patients have been with Boskruin Vets for over 13 years. Very sad at the..very average care today.. not sure if they are just too busy and sadly we have become a number 😕 😔. When asking the vet today about the procedure he couldnt provide me with basic information about the procedure as he was unaware as he had not done the procedure personally. There was no follow-up consultation discussed or mentioned. The food amount recommended was 4 x the body weight of doggy?I am very saddened and disappointed after years of happiness...

Great service, amazing people that saved my cats life the one time after a severe back injury, a week there and pills it healed miraculously ON THE OTHER SIDE my dog is extremely anxious around other dogs and its a nighmare to take her to follow ups, the wait outside in the car is hell for her and never mind waiting out of the car or in the little garden...But hey, what can we do?

Would be nice if I could get past reception without waiting for 20 minutes, this is the second time they help people that come in after me, and I have to stand around and try and maintain social distance whilst standing at the designated queue spot....? Then you are in for about an hour to an hour and a halfs waiting time... Rather allow me to then make an appointment instead of wasting almost 2 hours of my life this way, twice now! This time I just left, the last time I had to wait a further 20 more minutes just to pay my bill!! Reluctant to go back...

It was amazing, the VET even helped me to get my doggie out of the car as she couldnt walk.
