I have been trying to phone this office for DAYS!! They answer, put you on hold and then hang up. Very frustrating. In the last week of trying to reach them, I have managed to speak to someone twice (out of more than 46 attempted calls). Both times I was assured they would call me back with the relevant information... That never happened. Very poor service.
Every single person we dealt with was slow and rude. They hadn’t cleaned our seats or tray table from the previous flight so that there were still crumbs from previous passenger’s food… during Covid… not a small missable amount… it hadn’t been checked or cleaned at all.When i drew their attention to it they did not apologise. They eventually cleaned it at my request but that really isn’t ok.I will never fly with them again.
For me as a person travels usually? I missed my flight in Kinshasa because of their verification policy. I had to buy another air ticket with Kenya Airways to Johannesburg city. And claiming the reimbursement of my ticket was very frustrating. I am sure their managing director is missing something.... And I wish I could help them improve their customers care services. Otherwise a great airline and the pride of our continent.
The customer service is really bad. Consultant do not answer the phones when you phone in and they do not get back to you when they promise to get back to you.
Worst service ever. OR Tambo check in staff made me miss my flight because they were not knowledgeable about Covid regulations at my destination Airport. Then they made me pay for rebooking. Right now its 10 min before the plane is scheduled to leave, but theres no one at the Boarding gate, no information to passengers whatsoever. WORST AIRLINE EVER!!!

Very friendly folks. I was glad to have gone.Phone calls are a no no but thats not their fault. Most airlines have a long wait before youre answered due to covid wahala.

I have complained several weeks ago about a baggae problem and was told by Flight Centre, Clearwater Mall, that one celeste from Ethipian Airlines did not rrespond to her last email. Trying to send her an email, but the address does not exist
