Tranquil, lovely spacious room with jacuzzi style bath, clean. Staff helpful, if compared - better priced with a lot more to offer.

Not so happy. Booked over the phone got there told a different price from what i was told earlier. Rooms have no DSTV at least WiFi speed is very bad. Not a glass of water in the room

Go their at your own risk, I paid 150 in the morning because catens fall, and mid night people come n knock your room. Boss lady shes very rude no customer service, no 76 pritchardstreet and 30 market street is owned by one person, Nigerians I rather go sun1.

The place is filthy,there was no water at night,u could drink my pressure and diabetic tablets due to lack of water,no toilet paper,the floor was dirty,I couldnt walk barefoot of which I enjoy because of dirtiness will never go to that place again

The place is really clean. The only problem we had was when we had to wait for long at the gate.

The rooms are quite a bit too expensive for what you get and dont get, but Ive been here a few times and Ive never had any issues with service. The staff is efficient and friendly and always helpful

Bad place to Ill never recommend any human being to stay there. Firstly the address on the booking is not it then u have to drive to some house where the service is kak we were told to sleep in a shack then they gave us a room without sanitizer, towels, no kettle, the remote for the TV with one battery like I felt like going to my house worse of all the price on the booking was changed times two from the booking app I regret.... Its not welcoming and service bad.. I put my drinks on their fridge in the morning they were iced😞😞

This has to be the most disgusting,disappointing and unsafe place I’ve ever stayed.1: they advertise things they don’t have2:.We booked and paid for a room with an en-suite bathroom,only for someone to open the door from the other side while we are sleeping and use the bathroom3:dirty linen4 :We booked 76 Pritchard only to be taken to some dodgy looking place in Market street under the guise of its an extension of the guest house.5:No wifi,.the tv doesn’t work6: No fridge to even put yourself cold water7: Stayed for 2 nights and never saw anyone from the front desk8:The toilet was leaking every time you flushWhatever you do never book this placeI don’t even know why it’s still listed!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever...there was no toilet paper in the toilets, towels and sheets had stains... You have to pay for extra hangers, had to pay for an iron.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This place doesnt even qualify to be listed. Rooms are tiny and filthy with no privacy whatsoever. You wait at the gate for ages because they cannot load airtime on the intercom. The cleaning lady said to me the white sheets which looked brown, were not dirty as she had just replaced them, Just stained to quote her. No bathrooms in the rooms, you share one dirty one. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Due to the service and the place in general I am not impressed,because after my stay there I have caught flu ,the blankets were not enough ,the was no heater ,the bathroom does not have a door and all in all it was okay but I did not like it at all

My mom and I stayed at the Bruno Comfort Suites during our stay in Johannesburg. It was one of the best travel experiences weve ever had. The staff and owners were very welcoming and kind. They helped us find good tourist spots and transportation for the week, and breakfast was prepared special every morning. It was wonderful! I would recommend it to everyone!

What a bad experience. Will never sleep there again. Toiletdoor cant close, dirty bedding. Advertise breakfast included then says you must pay more. At Birch Tree Cottage now for only R50 more and it is like 20 times better!!!

The receptionist did not know we had booked, she had to communicate with a colleague of hers over WhatsApp. The bathroom had no toilet paper, we had to take a glass in as it was broken. We checked out on Sunday morning, the rooms dont get checked and there is nothing that you sign to confirm that youve checked out on time. The front of house was nowhere to be found on Saturday morning and Sunday morning before wed checked out

There was Only one key for three rooms and this same rooms sharing one bathroom, where there is no soap and you have to ask for T. Roll before it can be given to you.........I spent 7 days there but never meant any front desk attendant while some guests I meet there smoke openlyNo breakfast as is been advertised this hotel needs massive improvement

The Bedroom was extremely small and also had ants which ate our take-away fish. We had to pour water in a bucket and put it behind the bathroom door because there was no key to lock it....just terrible!!!

Got braai place and swimming pool.

Its not a bad place but we have to ask for towels and toilet paper. At the gate we have to look for the person who has the key which is very inconvenient, the owners are not very friendly people except for the room service.

Terrible service, they did not know about our booking and wanted us to repay, while the owner was in the UK and couldn’t speak to her and trying to organize our room for over 30min over WhatsApp with her. First bedroom was small, broken side tables, no lock on the door, no plug for the tv and had to share a bathroom. Then we upgraded although the fridge was broken, no toilet seat and with very little toilet paper, extremely dirty bathroom as well as a very broken down, warn bed. I would like a refund and would advise no one to stay here!

The TV was not working.They are using buckets to get hot water, they make so much noise in the morning, the bedroom was extremely small than on the pictures, theres no Wi-fi. The worst was there was men roaming around the corridor Whist I was taking a shower & the door is not working. It cant close & theres no key. I had to use a bucket filled with water to place it behind so that the door wont open. When I left, there was no one at the reception to give the keys, I saw them with these men that look like construction workers eating loaf & chips outside. I have never seen such horrible service. I wont recommend anyone to spend their money at that place.

The owners Bruno and Michelle are very friendly and we enjoy our stay with them. We will definitely stay here everytime we visit johannesburg.

Did not like the service. No fridge in the rooms...No microwave..Was in short of blankets.. But the staff was kind... That is the only thing I liked..

What ever you do, do not stay there. Rudest people ever, swearing at guests. Dirty linen, ants and rats in the room. Had to call cops to be let out. Worst experience ever.

The place is nothing near to its name...no comfort at all.the room door takes time to unlock I was wondering what if there was an emergency and one had to rush outside for safety.the throw on the bed was very dirty and so was the chair. the pillows are old.misled by pictures on the Internet.

It was quite horrible, due to false adversting.Breakfast was listed, but we were told they no longer serve breakfast. Also they claim to be conducting business at 130 Market Street, only to be sent to 76,Pritchard. Half a 🌟 rating for me.

Bruno comforts they must really change the name. I spent just a night there, but it was no comfort. The door for the room I was given was broken and the linen really smelled bad.
