It is wonderful the wiew is amazing the units are big

Positive: I liked the room, it was neat and beautiful. The staff was incredible and the supper was delicious.. Negative: I didnt like that I couldnt order wine with my room service and there was no electric blanket..

Positive: The breakfast was very good! My husband and I went up to do a Road Bicycle Race which started at 6am. The staff were very accommodating and helpful in this regard, that they arranged for the chef to have a cooked breakfast ready for us at 5am! I was very impressed..

Positive: The breakfast was very tasty, I just had muesli and coffee but both were excellent. The dining room has excellent views. There was a bowl of fresh fruit in the room.. Negative: I arrived on Sunday evening and was told that I should be in the dining room by 16h00 as the kitchen closed at 17h00. I understand that this is a country hotel but there is no where close by to get anything to eat. They should offer at least a toasted sandwich for guests arriving late..

Very nice hotel. Very clean and hygiene rooms which are well kept. Staff very helpful and friendly. Not much to do in Balgowan though.

Positive: Very good service. Negative: Limited options, monotonous food options and scant vegetables.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the Midlands. Very peaceful and the most friendly staff. The food is the best! If you are looking for a wedding venue or a conference venue? This is def the place to go!

If you’re looking for an escape from city life, this is the place for you. With wide open spaces outside, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the staff are wonderfully attentive and friendly ....The restaurant has something for every palate (I highly recommend the churros!).

Their service is great, the staff is friendly and the view is beautiful.
