Great staff, great views, great service..felt like we left behind friends when we had to say goodbye to the managers. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great relaxing bush break. We will definitely stay there again!

Great place, indeed we experienced the safari, the river faced chalets are big and nice.We really enjoyed our stay thanks to Evance for 3 hours game drive and looking after us at the lodge.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Ask the rangers everything, they are willing to teach you. The food was excellent and even front desk helped me with my next hotel which was 2 hours away by flight.

Had the absolute pleasure of staying at this Lodge. The staff was unreal, and even on our very first day, it felt as though we were family. They took the time to get to know us, joke with us, and remembered all of their guests names. We were beyond impressed with the whole experience. The rooms, the meals, the adventures! They kept us safe and put our needs first. Definitely highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond. Best service there is with the sweetest little animal surprises around the camp. Weve just stayed for 4 nights and were really impressed. The accommodation is lovely, the staff attentive and the guides couldnt do enough to make sure we saw as many a animals on the drives as possible.

Did not meet our expectations the lodge is beautifully situated on the river bank with some residents hippos...the staff are great...but whole organization the food is sucks the breakfast is woefully...

It was our First time on the African Continent. We didnt know what to expect but on arrival we were very plesently surprised, staff are very attentive and friendly right from the Shuttle driver upto the MD, Food was very good with theme nights including Local Produce. Lodging is fantastic and right on the Klasarie River listening to the sounds of the wildlife as night transends, AMAZING. Caution tho if you choose to walk around the varst Ground by yourselves as wildlife share the grounds, there have been sightings of a Leopard wondering through the game from time to time. They offer free game drives through a neighbouring private game reserve, after sighting various wildlife we Sipped on Local Castle Beers Watching the SUN Set upon the suvanna. AMAZINGBALLS

Very pleasant and well-kept lodge. Many animals inside the property (hippos, giraffes, ...). In the immediate vicinity (on the other side of the road) of a reserve communicating with the Kruger. Guides who are both very friendly and professional.

We were in February 2019, the place is very wild, I really felt sleeping in the middle of the jungle, but not as risky or uncomfortable as a camp could be. the cabins overlook the Klaserie river where at that time 2 hippopotamuses lived, and on the other side of the shore is the jungle where we could see monkeys hanging from the trees.One night they took us to dinner in the main room and there were giraffes on the way inside the Lodge.the food is 3 stars, breakfast with cereals, fruits, yogurt, muffins, butter, jam, a machine that makes coffee, in all its variants. Lunch and dinner are also good always considering that it is a 3 star. One night we ate chicken (the portion is minimal, my husband served 3 drumsticks to be able to make 1 dish of which we are used to eating) they accompany it with rice or puree, several times they brought us soup to start, as too much oil and spicy for our taste. Another night there were barbecued pork ribs and the next day hamburgers .... The truth is that since our idea of ​​the trip was not the food, we were not bothered by the quality or quantity, we knew it was a 3 star.What I did not like about this Lodge is that you do not see animals, in this reserve there are not the Big 5 and neither do the guides worry that you see them, you have the stipulated days to go to one place or another and that is fulfilled but not They talk to each other, or with other reservations to give each other the details of where you can see the animals. We did not get to see the rhinoceros and we asked tirelessly and there was no response nor did they bother to pass the information between them so that we could achieve it.It was very different in Kenya where the guide communicated with other guides and the data was passed on and he really left his life for us to spend 1000 points.At Klaserie we wanted to see one of the Big 5 and the guide would get out of the Jeep to cut a flower and tell us what it was, very boring. I felt that they did what was scheduled, not a little more for us to have a good time
