Epic experience with the best service. I cannot say enough of how worth it the extra expense was for this stay for our family. From the pool, views, comfortable furnishings, nothing has been overlooked. Our hosts was so gracious and the staff was always 100% and above. Sincere gratitude for the most memorable trip ever.

We where there for the second time, two years later there a last visit. It did not meet the luxury experience as we had the first time. Looks if broken things where not fixed. Cold shower, lamps leaning against the wall, door of the toilet was broken (see the pictures!) and the safaris where sometimes really Ferrari-safaris. Ranger skipped the sundowners without consultation. Safaris are not done off-road!! Although the tracker was doing his best, there was not good connection between him and the ranger. We felt the ranger had a bit capsonesOnly the house-master was trying his best, but we missed the luxury experience as we had before (and as mentioned above)For this money there are much better lodges. Sorry but this didnt met our expectations, no value for your money.
