Exceptional lodge and safari adventure. Family owned and operated with highly educated guide and experienced staff. Surpassed my expectations of what life would be like living amidst the African outback. I’m grateful for the four days and three nights. It was the perfect opportunity to see all of the animals. I was well looked after at every turn. Beyond delicious food!!! And the property is newly renovated with an intelligent design concept incorporating the natural setting. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic experience without the noise of tourists. Immerse yourself in this historic South African Safari residence!!!

Fantastic lodge, highly recommended!Beautiful location and setting with game often visible at a watering hole very close by.Thoughtful owner and staff spoil you in the stunning lodge.Surrounding reserve is perfect with all the game and wildlife you could imagine and very few other people around.

This is a brand new lodge. Its only been operating since January. The owner, Rewald is a fantastic guy that goes out of his way to make you feel at home. My dietary needs were met with complete enthusiasm, and the whole place is super tidy and well kept. As its new there are a few teething problems which I wont even mention as the owner is on top of things and working very hard to get everything just right, so I feel it would be unfair to mark the lodge down particularly at such an early stage. Game viewing is a bit scarce but will also improve as more vehicles and eyes are out tracking and looking daily. Thats normal. However, we never bumped into another vehicle on game drive so its like you have the whole reserve to yourself - wow! I highly recommend this lodge to anyone, specially if youre not into the over the top opulence that some high end expensive lodges offer. Also, if you want to feel like youre at home being pampered a apposed to being a guest/client, then this is a prefect place for you. Highly recommended!

Im currently working here as a guide, I do game drives in the morning and afternoon, you can also enjoy the game whilst you sitting right on the deck itself.

What an unforgettable experience! Such a warm welcome and stunning views during our game drives. The most remarkable moment was our sunset dining at the river, a genuine south african nature braai. Thanks a lot to all you guys to make our safari adventure into a special moment

Amazing! Period!

We spent 3 unforgettable days at Nambu Camp. The inn has few rooms (chalets) and has an exclusive service done by Owner Rewald. Very cozy place, very good food and great place to rest and at the same time have a good schedule - 2 safaris a day and watching the animals from a balcony. Well be back someday.
